Sleeping Issues

1, I could not sleep on Mini Suite Bed room due to bed was too soft for my back and living room bed was out dated so I had to sleep on the floor. 2, Bed room heater works well but bit too noisy and living room heater was set for 74 to 76 but it didn't work. 3, This room was non smoking room but I smelled strong odor of cigarettes from carpet. It need to be shampooed. 4, I found other people's socks on the floor. Good thing, my son enjoyed very much at the Arcade. 5, Coffee pot was dirty. it was green color so I had to wash many time before I could use it.

Very good still too much smoke

Fun place to bring kids too. Lots of bathroom and very clean too. The buffet was very good. But I still got kind of sick on one of the dishes not sure which one it was. The Americana cafe needs updating in all categories except for the food was ok we had breakfast. The waitresses are too tired and too sloppy they need updates. Needs a good coffee shop not Starbucks type bur a good old fashioned coffee without line clean and runs smooth without long lines. I have other gripes but overall it was ok...

unpleasant stay

I booked this hotel 3 days prior to arriving. Obtz had not faxed over the information to the hotel. When's I arrived there was no reservation, 3rd time this has happened. We waited almost 40 minutes to check in. They gave us a wheel chair accessible room. Which was uncomfortable stepping out of the shower because the tub was so high. Our second day we discovered mold in the shower. We took pictures and alerted guest services. They comp'd our stay and upgraded the room to a suite. Unfortunately I dont think i will be staying here anymore. The nieghboring hotels may cost a few bucks more but its worth the comfort. The staff was awsome, and house keeping was very polite. I only recommend this hotel if there will be small children traveling. Lots of fun for them near by

poor experience

I booked a hotel stay at Circus Circus for a family member in late November 2012. The experience was abolutely poor due to disorganized planning on 3rd party and Circus Circus. The day pior to my family arriving I called in to confirm that the names were correct. Good thing I did because it happened to be reserved to the wrong person. I then spoke to Circus Circus to have them correct it and they mentioned to me that I had to call the 3rd party to have it corrected. I called the 3rd party to have it corrected and the said they made the changes and were going to send Circus Circus a fax with the changes. I requested a confirmation call back but they insisted that it was OK. I get a CALL at 3 30am from my family to find out that it was STILL under my name!! I called the 3rd party and they said that they sent a fax to Circus Circus but they guess they never looked at it! We had to pay for a seperate room. I would like to have some kind of refund due to this poor experience.
