Room Cleanliness is very good.
For such a cheap price, there is nothing much i want to complaint except the heater was too loud and noisy. I was waken up a couple times. Room cleanliness was good, and the staffs were friendly.

Great value for the money
Hallways and elevator could use a little upgrade but the room, lobby and breakfast area were quite nice. Best breakfast in the under $100 a night catagory hands down. Have stayed here on 5 trips and been pleased each time.

Not sure I would stay again
The hotel was hard to find; the Baymont sign was low on the pole (Wyndham at top). Check-in, while polite, was very slow; third in line when I arrived, the only clerk on the desk went from slow to slower when trying to check me in while giving directions on the phone to someone. While the lobby appeared neat & clean, the elevator tile and 4th floor hallways were filthy with lots of dirt & stains in the carpet. There may be a renovation in progess; the walls apeared to be recently painted with lots of white paint, including on the grey trim. The room seemed clean, although there was what appeared to be mold on some of the grout in the tub/shower. The TV remote had no batteries and when the desk sent someone up with some (quick response there), it did not work anyway. Also, even though the pool was well signed for no food or beverages, several men were sitting poolside and drinking most of a case of beer when I arrived.

Hallways pretty depressing
I was happy to find a rather inexpensive hotel so close to the airport since I arrived late at night. The hotel looked good from the outside and the room was nice but the paint and the carpeting in the hallways were so run down and dirty that it made me a little nervous about the overall experience. The neighboring hotel seems to be under the same management because they had to get my room key from that property.

Happy guest / Unhappy vehicle
We attended Hot August Nights in Reno and stayed at the Baymont Inn & Suites. Check in wasn't until 4p.m. but they were able to get our room ready by about 3p.m. Our room was on the 1st floor but when I asked if we could get an upper floor room, I was told that they were booked which was understandable due to the weekends events in Reno. Our room was fine and looked like it was recently decorated. The bathroom was very small. It was the size of an airplane bathroom with a tub. Beds were comfortable and even though our room was considered an efficiency there wasn't a table and chairs to sit and eat. Complimentary morning breakfast was very good. Our only complaint about the hotel was that there were not enough parking spaces. We had to park on the street both nights and the hotel is not in a great area of town. Again, their reason was because of Hot August Nights. Parking spaces were very narrow and many trucks took up 2 spaces and some had trailers which took up spaces. They gave us a paper to sign which stated that they would ask people to park trailers on the street and would ask people who took up 2 spaces to move their vehicles to within the space. They did not follow their policy. Nothing was done about vehicles taking up 2 spaces. We would not stay there again especially during Hot August Nights week.
