Don't Poke the Tiger
Good 1st time, second very ugly
1. had to wait 30 min, computer shift change 2. Never ever go when Children tournaments are scheduled. No supervision. No respect for others. 3. Room so compacted with every thing every one "need", injuries occurred ,(me) cluttered. 4. Stayed awake all night because of unrespectful kids yelling all night in hallway. Should have just got up & sat in bar all night. Quieter. 5. Love the food!! what a place for good food. 6. Last experience there was great.

Check ahead of time to see what is going on in town. That might help you choose where to stay. I just wanted to be near airport. Sometimes we do stupid things, once!

Nice and comfortable!
Stayed the night before our return flight. Great proximaty to the airport. Hotel was full with guests from wedding or other parties. Had to leave early (5:00am) and was surprised to hear all the noise in the hallways from people coming in. Needs more security checks.

hotel near airport
We stayed because of the location next to the airport. The shuttle service was very good and the hotel was comfortable.

Great Hotel
It was easy to get to the hotel as it is right at the airport, as you can walk to it from the baggage claim. Easy in and out to get to places and very good service while there. Very friendly. Rooms were well kept and updated. Wireless access throughout the hotel and even outside in the courtyard. Without a doubt I would recommend this place to anyone. A little slow at the dining service but food was very good.

Everything met my needs and re
Everything met my needs and requirements. Shuttle driver was very grouchy and non-talkative so he didn't get a tip, but everything else was perfect.

It's A Hotel
The greeting was moderately friendly. There was a short line, one person doing the work, one person engaged in telephone conversations that did not appear to relate to hotel business. However, the telephone call was apparently more important than the line forming. I knew I wasn't staying at a high end motel, but wasn't pleased to have stains on the chair in my room, the bedspread caused me suspicion and the bed was not comfortable. This was the best shuttle service I have encountered. They were quick and readily available. There appeared to be no problem for anyone who wanted to hop on.

Short walk from hotel
The airport was right across the street. So this hotel fulfilled my purpose, a place to stay to catch an early flight. The shuttle service was exceptional.

Very nice hotel for the price.
We stayed in Reno for the 'best in the west' bbq. everything at the hotel was great but when we ask the cleaning lady for just one more wash cloth we were told 'NO! two per room'. We kindly asked one more time thinking maybe she didn't understand we just needed one more wash cloth, since we seen she had her stock/cleaning cart behind her. We didn't want to argue with her to get another wash cloth. So I figure I'll wait till I'm able to give this review. I certainly hope the GM of the hotel sees these comments!
