Smoky, noisy and hidden charges.
I travel a lot for work and I'm just finishing up a 5-week road trip vacation. So let me preface this review by saying that I stay in a lot of hotels. The Atlantis was by far the worst hotel I've ever been in. I admit that I was lured in by the great rate and fully knew that it was a casino-hotel. But I was comforted by their website claims of a 100% non-smoking tower. What a crock. I confirmed with the woman checking us in that we'd have a non-smoking room in the non-smoking tower, but the first room we tried had a lingering smoke haze. The second room was better at first, but the smoke seeped into the room overnight and we woke up coughing and with a "smoke hangover". It's now five days after our stay and I've just found an unexpected charge from the hotel to my credit card for $40.60. I won't be returning to the Atlantis.

Great night out!
We live in a nearby town and just wanted to have a night on the town in Reno. We enjoy staying at The Atlantis because we don't have to ever leave the hotel.The Buffet was good and the slots were loose, we had a great time.

good trip
hotel casino and buffet was great, room very noisy. Hallway air on and wind blew with a wisetling sound highpitched all night. Very distracting and inturruped sleep all night. Hotel room was great, room servise great and besides being now tired from not sleeping, it was a great hotel to stay in. Placing a towel under the door eventually decreased the noise.

Spa and relaxation getaway
Girls weekend with gambling and spa treatments..could have done better gambling, but the spa was extrodinary. The body wrap with massages was awesome, plus the relaxation rooms, we loved it. Had breakfast delivered to the room two mornings, it was fast and good. Ate at the oyster resteraunt overlooking Reno, fresh seafood and the presentation was excellent !!! Great Weekend

Atlantis Hotel
I've stayed here several times as it's nice to ski in Reno area. Just don't like that "resort" fee of $10.00+ per night. The rooms are decent to good. Don't like the smoke smell when one has to walk through the lobby and adjacent gaming area.
