The worse hotel to stay!
I can't describe great experience, because since we checked in we got attitude from the check in clerk and "Manager", it was the most unplasant stayed ever. We did not get what we requested and they don't even try to may guest feel comfortable.

Had a great roadtrip
Nice hotel - tuff slots !
Hotel was very pretty, the staff was nice. I did not see anyone hitting for any money on the slots. I heard from other guests that other hotels had better paying slot machines.

Great location for day trips around the area. We went for 'bike week" and had lots of great scenery on multiple short trips! Lots of fun!

We reserved 2 months ahead of our visit and requested non-smoking/handicap accessable. We got smoking, as far from the elevator as possible. Day 2 we changed to a non-smoking room which was suppose to be close to the elevator. It was the furthest room from the elevator. We have stayed there before and we returned because the restaurants are good,(buffet excluded); and you don't expect much in Laughlin anyway. That said; We've had better experiences at some of the other hotels in Laughlin.

Hotel was great. It was way cheaper than staying in Bullhead City. It was cheap great selection of restaurants and clean. non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. will probably stay there again because of the prices.

Check in and Valet parking were the highlights...the description of this room on the website was a little ambitious compared to the room(resort room) that we stayed in....there were dead fruit flies or some other variety on the bathroom vanity, the carpet had visible stains,was not vacuumed, the walls were all marked up, the bed wasn't even made properly...all signs of overworked maids maybe... the one bright spot....the bed was comfortable. Not all restaurants were open and the buffet was the worst choice we could have made....some of the staff were totally uninterested in making people feel welcomed...The walls were not well insulated as we could here our next door neighbors enjoying a party.Overall it was not a good experience.
