Fun trip with friends

Spent one night in Laughlin. Checked out the casino's. The hotel was ok, but needed to be updated. Carpet looked old and the rooms were not big enough for 3 of us. No problems with staff.

Decent Value/Average Hotel

Would recommend Mon, Sep 21, 2015
Hotel was nothing to get excited about. We went for the jet ski's. They rent the jet ski's on property, which made it really convenient. Buffet was below average. Actually, nothing was really good other than the convenience to the river and jet ski's.

Extremely disappointing!

Would not recommend Tue, Sep 8, 2015
Hotel was packed. Had to wait in line for an elevator every time we needed to go to our room. All the ice machines were broken except for 18th floor. Valet staff was helpful. Will not stay there again.

Affordable, showing it's age, convenient location.

Would not recommend Fri, Aug 28, 2015
We recently had a bit of a holiday staycation type deal. We treated ourselves to a very affordable hotel room at Harrah's in Laughlin. First off, the worst part, the bathtub had one of those permanent grippy bath mat things...it was...gross...it looked old, the corners were lifting and it had that grubby look that comes from not ever getting truly clean because basically it's rubberized sand paper...I didn't even want to stand on it...gross. And since the corners were all lifting and peeling away I lifted it a bit more to see if maybe it wasn't permanent...EWWWWWWW all under it was slimy, grey nasty nasty nasty ick. That is NOT hygienic in any way. They need to remove these terrible anti-slip mat things and sterilize that tub eww. Needless to say we didn't actually shower or bathe. The room shows it's age, the carpet had stains, the bathroom counter had a yellow burn on it's surface... The beds seemed fresh and clean so that was good. The in room wifi was weird. We couldn't figure out how to set up our wifi because it kept saying it was going to bill our room. We called down to the front desk and they were all just choose that option anyways, it'll work out er......that's not convenient, who would guess that's how you proceed. Fix that. This is the wifi world, it shouldn't be a hassle to set up and require a call to the front desk. The floor we were on was quiet. The hallways clean. They were reallly warm and stuffy though. The elevators and hotel hallways were overly warm...it's as if the AC only goes into the rooms and the casino floor...so when you head back to your room you have to wade through stiffling, un-fresh and heated air to get to your AC'd room... So...the best part, it was cheap. The second best part was location. But...I don't see any reason we'd stay there agin unless we had to.

Regatta Stay 2015

Would not recommend Wed, Aug 12, 2015
The hotel was way over priced for the hotel rooms. Décor is old and the shower didn't work properly and the sink had a leak (come on we are in a drought !) Over all stay was ok served its purpose place so sleep and shower. I rather stay at the best western in bullhead cheaper rates less crowds and BREAKFAST for free .

Very disappointing

Would not recommend Wed, Aug 5, 2015
We've stayed at Harrah's before and had a much better experience. This time, the hotel was extremely crowded. Every time we tried to use the elevators for the North Tower (Tower 3) where our room was located (day or night), there was a line of people waiting. The wait time for an elevator was 5-10 minutes completely unacceptable. We became so frustrated we walked up the stairs (to the 5th floor) multiple times. Besides the poor elevator service, the ice machines on MOST of the floors were not functioning. We had to go to the 18th floor for ice, and the slow, crowded elevator service made this very difficult. The reason we chose Harrah's was for the beach this area was very small and also very overcrowded. Overall, the hotel was a great disappointment, & I would not recommend it.
