We came to Laughlin so we could go jet skiing for my friend's birthday party before heading to Vegas. Aquarius is clearly the newest and nicest hotel, relatively speaking, in Laughlin. Overall good value and cleanliness.
Hotel is fine. It's clean and good location. Service is terribly slow all around from valet to room service to front desk. No room service menu and no amenities guide. Pool small for size of hotel. Very crowded, lack of shade. Cabanas marked
reserved and we're never used all day.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
The Vineyard was an Italian restaurant in the hotel. It was very accommodating very good food and friendly staff. The. Chef came out to talk to us about making a gluten-free meal.
We stayed at the Riverside then tried this place. Significantly better, casino was an all around better energy and the room had a nice view of the river which left a bit of noise from the boats but overall good experience
I am fully understanding of crowds on a holiday weekend. But ten min in line for the elevators is ridiculous. Even more so was the 40 min to purchase food. The bathroom had no ventilation and my suite was anything but sweet. The staff members were
very friendly and polite and that is the only reason they were given a 2 star rating.
