Classy Hotel
First impression to the last impression, a great place to stay. Except for when we booked in for a massage. Arrived early as requested, there was a line to check in. The guy who served us didn't know what he was doing and took away from our massage time. Even though not happy about the spa, the rest our stay was excellent. Unlike some of the places on the strip, the Wynn was quiet and we enjoyed that the most.

Best on the strip
The management or owners have done a super job with the staff. All are courteous, attentive and knowledgable. We have stayed at several casinos on the nice end of the Las Vegas strip and this is by far the best. Complaint: The headboard is attached to the wall. It is installed crooked.

Top Notch
The Wynn definitely lives up to its reputation as the class of Las Vegas hotels. The room was spacious and very comfortable with ammeneties not found at other hotels. The casino is nothing special, but the overall facility is top notch.

Excellent Service and Attention to detail
The Wynn Las Vegas is by far the very best of any hotel on the strip. The staff was greatly accomidating and helpful during my stay. The conceige and Business office went out of their way to help us send a package home and to help us check-in for our departing flights. The food, gambling, nightlife and dining experiences were way above excellent.

Wynn Las Vegas
The Wynn is a very luxurious property that leaves no stone unturned. Luxury dining, shopping, and exquisite decor. The staff bends over backwards to assist. Unique shopping. We had one bit of confusion at check-in. I assumed both husband/wife were accounted for the room so I was confused when asked if I wanted to add anyone else to the room. Later when my wife said she couldn't get into the fitness center did I know what this entailed. I still don't understand; if two people are staying in a room, they should automatically be 'added' everywhere. One other thing I noticed was the self-park garage, which is large with four levels, was completely full on Saturday night. Ok on Friday, packed on Saturday. There were quite a few cars making round after round for a half hour trying to find parking. I assumed this is a regular occurrence on Saturday nights.

The room was very nice! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope we can do it again. The hotel is so accomodating you could actually never leave the bldg. I would go as far to say that the Wynn can be compared to a cruise! The Wynn got it like that!!!
