Wynn Las Vegas was opened in 2005 by Steve Wynn, a major player in the Las Vegas hotel industry, having previously owned the Bellagio, Mirage, and Treasure Island. Today, fountains burst from gold lilies outside, while the bronze crescent of the hotel glimmers from the swimming pools and waterside bar lights below. Nightclubs like the Wynn Social, with its writhing blue snake behind the bar, and the day-to-night glamor of the tiered Encore Beach Club (at sister hotel Encore) are renowned throughout the Strip, while corridors decked with hot-house flowers and glowing Oriental-style vases lead to out-of-this-world glass-roofed spa rooms. The Wynn Hotel even takes its specialty dining seriously, with extensive vegan options and eateries decked out with everything from Chinese dragons (Wing Lei) to life-size Frank Sinatra prints (Sinatra).

Neighborhood

Wynn Las Vegas is nestled between two classic Strip institutions-the mid-twentieth century Riviera and the 90s' Treasure Island, offering guests instant perspective on how the city has evolved from vintage casinos through to themed hotels. For travelers who love to shop, the Wynn faces the nearly overwhelming Fashion Show Mall, and the hotel is also one of the closest to the Commercial Center-a hidden gem long frequented by leading Vegas entertainers of the past, including Elvis and the Rat Pack.

Fantastically Luxurious Hotel

We highly recommend the luxurious Wynn Hotel as the place to stay while in Vegas. The staff were lovely friendly people, and the Concierge staff in particular were just terrific, very helpful. The beds, pillows, shower and tubs were amazing. Not to mention the beautiful view and the many other amenities available. I would have to say there is just one thing we truly would have liked in our room though, and that was coffee. The Wynn is not a place to wear your nightgown and robe to go down 51 floors to get that first cup of coffee in the morning. And we do love our coffee.

Asian Dude

Well everything is perfect except the buffet is at wynn is kind of disappointed me because there is very limited selection of foods and also taste only ok compare to other buffet in vegas, especially on those so called sushi, the rice is really hard and i can tel those rice are sitting in the fridge in a long time the sushi rice should keep no longer than 4 hours and i don't really know what happened. anyway, i hope to see improvement for the buffet at Wynn in the future, otherwise i wont be going back there because the food quality is very important to me or visitors because there are so bunch of 5 star hotel and they are all provide good environment and buffet and some of them even cheaper than Wynn why don't i choose a hotel that does not provide a premium food with a better price as a smart consumer. I hope Wynn will taking my opinion seriously.

Great hotel and experience

Wynn located at the north of the strip, but the mall is inside the hotel and many other restaurants as well. We had a great week here and highly recommend Wynn.

Great stay!

The wynn is majestic. Walking into the hotel is like walking into an art exhibit. The strip view room was awesome, you walk into a dark room and the curtains open and the lights come on and it is beautiful. The wynn is a little out of the way if you want to get to the main strip, but it is worth it. The brunch buffet is worth the money, but get there early or late to avoid the lines.

Great experience at Wynn

The hotel have covered all our expectations. It's simply wonderful. Decoration, confortability at room, technology, amenities, lively environment in restaurants and casino, etc, where totally great. The only drawbacks I detected where two. First is that, apart of restaurants, bars or casino machines, there is not place (soffa, couch, armchairs, or whatever), neither in lobby, neither in shopping areas, where you can sit oneself calmly.,. whyle you wait for somebody or want to rest for a moment. Second, is that you need to take taxis everytime you go to the strip. I bought the monorail ticket in advanced and I barely could use it, because to reach the monorail station (in Harrash hotel), you have to walk for a while (maybe 15-20 minutes), and it's not worthy.

The Dream Show, at Wynn hotel. Simply, the most spectacular and beautiful show I have even seen. Don't miss it. TIp: you can get cheaper tickets in the box office the same day of the show (than if you buy them in advanced)

Nice hotel

Nice hotel but the room is small for the price i paid compared to other hotels i stayed in Vegas (Aria, Palazzo). I booked the 2 bed with panoramic views, the room wasn't as nice as i expected it to be.
