Great short getaway

We went to stay for just one night to visit family and needed something last minute and affordable but wanted it to be nice. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the room was for the price and they upgraded our room when we checked in. The only drawback was the natural lighting in the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

Restaurants and shopping are nice and not hard to get to. Casino wasn't overwhelming like some so easy enough to use. I didn't like being introduced to the hotel by trying to get me to sign up for time sharing or club before I spent a night or saw the room. Would have been nice of them to explain the amenities that the hotel offers for the $. The monorail was wonderful having so close and easy to get to very convenient if staying for a convention. Hotel was clean and enjoyed the makeup mirror in the room. Some construction going on and elevators were a little confusing at first. Pool was clean and comfortable.

Quick trip

It's your standard hotel. I was able to check in early around 2 pm on a saturday, not bad for Vegas. The shower curtains were needed to be changed, but to their credit someone came to my door to change them, after I checked in. i had a little issue with wifi, but it was resolved, and the manager personally called to confirm. i didn't know that you have to pay $25 for resort fee which is required, so beware of that. Overall, it was a fine for the very short time i was there.

Great Value

I stayed 2 days at the Westgate and it was great. The beds were soft, the food was great, and I bought it at $80/nt plus I got a room up grade & a late check out. The location isn't far from the strip if your driving, but the do have shuttles and the monorail is on the location, its only $5 each way. There casino isn't that big but I was there to relax and just be pool side which has a good bar and grill.

Someday it'll maybe be nice!

Our room was large and bed comfortable. The shower/toilet area was musty smelling and the tub didn't drain well. Electrical outlets are not placed for convenience. No chair for the desk. The amenities are not quite complete. The Westgate Vacation club reps were CONSTANTLY approaching us - we felt we needed to avoid them whenever in common spaces.

A Great 1st Vegas Experience

I have to admit, for the price deal that most (including me and spouse) You can't complain! The hotel was located in a very easy to navigate, and being that it was our first time to Vegas We needed an easier, and not as busy location. All the bigger hotels had much harder to get to parking lots, crowded, and ramps after ramps. I AM SO GLAD I Choose this place! We checked in, with no issues. I decided to spice it up and upgrade rooms. I ended up getting a free upgrade! The hotel room was clean, beautiful and perfect! Has a nice casino, great shows, and awesome food choices. I'm telling ya, it was a great first experience. We were much use to basic hotels like motel 8, travelodge, etc. Westgate for sure beats them! Doesn't take much to impress us, but this one was a sweep ya off the feet location.

Vegas Baby!

The hotel was great! Check in/out was painless and everyone was very friendly. Lots of options for food no matter what mood you're in. We had a great view from the room and were able to watch the fireworks in total comfort (was there for the 4th of July). My biggest issue was that I felt like the nickled and dimed me the whole weekend. First was the $50/day deposit which I didn't pay which made me on a cash basis. Therefore no wifi and no ability to rent movies etc. The stuff in the lobby store was super expensive. A 20 oz soda was $2.99. Otherwise I had a great time and the room was gorgeous!
