Subpar Service

Room not renovated as promised, bathroom tub peeling, room not as clean as it should be, not a welcoming environment upon arrival, no place to park and off load luggage, and no staff support without being charged additional fees for what is standard at competitors.

Good Hotel to Stay

The place is one long block away from strip but will recommend taking the Monorail to the other hotels. Hotel is ok. Good place to stay. There are many restaurants to eat. It all depends how much you want to spend. Beware you will be charge $18 per day for hotel resort fees. Other than that BIG hotel with a nice swimming pool. The only thing I wish the hotel room had was a microwave and a little fridge.

Great view of the old toilets!

The desk staff was fine - the room wasn't . Got to the hotel @ noon (checkin was stated @ 3 on site) they only had doubles if I wanted to go ahead and check in, or I could upgrade for $10 to a renovated room with a queen. I upgraded. The room was on the 10th floor overlooking a large collection of toilets that had been pulled out. The sheets were dirty (I didn't notice this until I came back that evening and was too tired to complain) the coffee maker had 1/4 inch of dust on it. The carpet drapes etc were not clean. The shower/ bath would not turn off and dripped all night. I could go on -the room was cheap and I got what I paid for. Next time I'll stay at a classier joint .

Wasn't Impressed

The front desk staff was not friendly, I waited on the 13th floor for almost 30 minutes for an elevator. I took 13 flights of stairs because I was sick of waiting all to find stacks of chairs in front of the door to get out....I was not pleased with my stay.... I would definitely not recommend staying here.
