Awesome 3rd honeymoon

Working hard on renovation hotel! but front desk people didn't know the difference between Westgate ownership and regular stay because they argue with me about not giving me any owner privileges because i didn't book out on my week! i had to call corporate offices and they explained front-desk people about I am a time-share Westgate owner. After that everything was great, good location away from the noise strep and easy street access using hotel free shuttle and line rail too.

husbands birthday trip

overall stay was nice. However, we requested an accessible room and had to go back to front desk because the room was not accommodating.Also. the line to check in took forever due to the fact not enough employees were staffed. We told the girl at the desk we were in line over 45 minutes and she said she would upgrade us for the inconvenience but we didn't receive any type of upgrade.

one nighter

Spent just one night there and was satisfied despite the reviews. Honestly besides the long check in because apparently guests who have already checked in can just walk right up to the counter, the room looked exactly like it did online and was definitely comparable to HRH which is where we stayed for three nights. I'd stay there again if I don't plan to visit the strip.
