From Gondolas to gourmands, a city of remarkable delights
With all-suite accommodations, an array of entertainment, and incredible dining and diversion, Venetian Las Vegas is a worthy destination all its own, even with the Strip just beyond the doors. A faithful homage to Europe's crown jewel that includes a quarter-mile Grand Canal complete with gondoliers, The Venetian is also far more than a theme resort. The list includes TAO Beach and Nightclub, Canyon Ranch SpaClub, Grand Canal Shoppes and Madame Tussauds. The Venetian also shares amenities and dining with the connected Palazzo resort.
Highlights
- The Venetian Las Vegas will come alive with the fantasy, food, fun and romance of Italy during Carnevale. This is a three-month celebration of Italy's summer festival from 27 May to 08 September 2013. Based on the highly successful premier in 2012, the festival will be expanded with new events and special new experiences exclusively for the guests.
- Gondola rides both inside and out on the quarter-mile Grand Canal replica
- The exclusive TAO Beach and Nightclub
- Star chef dining options from the likes of Mario Batali, Thomas Keller, Wolfgang Puck and more
- Gorgeous, private club-like poker room
Rooms
Redecorated, unique split-level Venetian Luxury suites start at 650 square feet with king size, pillow top beds and two 32" plasma screens, a full living area, mini-bar and motorized curtains over floor-to-ceiling windows. In true Venetian style, the luxury continues in large bathrooms featuring twin sinks, a separate tub and shower and Agraria bath products. Some Venetian suites include sofa sleepers. Several larger suites are available. Wi-Fi Internet access is included in the resort fee.
Features
Surrounded by replicas of the Doge's Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, the Campanile Tower, and St. Mark's Square, guests can't escape the romance of Venice at Venetian, nor do they want to. Where else can you get married on an exquisitely handcrafted wedding gondola? Along the Grand Canal, enjoy a serenade from a gondolier, catch the "streetmosphere" performers or shop the more than 80 international boutiques.More entertainment at Venetian Las Vegas includes the Broadway smash musical Rock of Ages and Australia's critically acclaimed quartet, Human Nature. The Venetian's 134,000-square-foot Ranch Spa – one of the biggest on the Strip – moves beyond the norm with an impressive fitness center, rock climbing wall and cafe. Prepare for more grand scale amenities at Venetian's 5-acre, year-round pool deck featuring three pools, a hot tub, plenty of chaises, and cocktail and food service (cabanas for a fee). Gaming at the opulent casino does not disappoint with handheld gaming devices, a refined poker room and large race and sports book lounge. Guests can also catch shows of Rita Rudner.
The Venetian Theatre welcomes country music superstars Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Join the artists at their Soul2Soul shows in the intimate setting of The Venetian Theatre (formally The Phantom Theatre). Tickets go on sale Monday, August 13th, show dates range from December 2012 to April 2013.
Dining
The Venetian's solid list of dining options leads with Thomas Keller's Bouchon, Mario Batali's B&B Ristorante, Wolfgang Puck's Postrio, Tom Maloney's Aquaknox, Emeril Lagasse's Delmonico Steakhouse and Piero Selvaggio's Valentino, as well as many Asian options. For breakfast or weekend brunch, don't miss the Grand Luxe Cafe. Guests also find an above-average food court with eateries like Nathan's, Johnny Rockets and Canonita Express.

amazing
had a great time, rooms are incredible and spacious. Didn't take the upgrade, our view wasn't he greatest but then again you're not in the room very long. Wish we could have stayed another day just to explore the hotel grounds. The restaurants were really good and price fairly.

Outstanding service
Tthe Venitian Hotel is a step above any other hotel on the Las Vegas strip. Staff was professional and courteous, they made sure to have the roses and champagne I ordered waiting in our room, even though we did not arrive until 1 am (due to travel delays). The staff offered to our store bags for us after express check out, we didn't even have to move them ourselves. The room had a beautiful view of the pool, and was very quiet. They have many outstanding choices for restaurants and food service, and everything we tried was delicious. The location was right near everything on the Strip, including the monorail. That was an added bonus since it averaged 114 while we were there. I highly recommend the Venetian for any special occassion. It defines affordable luxury.

The food choices were outstanding, from the Bouchon bakery with counter service, to the ultra modern Aquaknox seafood restaurant in the hotel. And those were just two of 14 choices. And do not miss the Phantom of the Opera show at the Venitian- it was spectacular.

Absolutely beautiful hotel!
The suite at the Venetial was very luxurious - the beds were extremely comfortable. Every aspect of the room far exceeded expectations. The lobby is gorgeous - the casino area left some to be desired - particularly after visiting Caesars Palace. TAO restaurant was exceptional - the food and atmosphere were extravagant and reasonably priced. We would definitely return to the Venetial and will definitely return to TAO for dinner.

Great place to stay
Everything worked out to the tee for us. The suite had a sunken living room, very clean, icluded was a 32 inch cabinet mounted plasma tv. Te bath room was over the top (marble and Mexican tile. Gold tone fixtures and privacy room for the comode. It was just about sound proof from the rest of the suite, with wall mounted flat screen tv/radio, house shoes and plush terry cloth shower robes The master bed room was also furnished with a wall mounted tv, clock radio, with snooze and sleep. The lighting was soft, including the night lights. The living room had two different shades, fully automatic. One Romansun shade and the other a black-out curtain with varible opening and closing settings/remote controlled. We enjoyed it very much.

LOVED IT!!!!
The Venetian was a very exquisite and pleasurable hotel to stay at on the Las Vegas strip. Upon entering the hotel, I was truly fascinated with the intricate details and designs of its decor. The hotel staff was very pleasurable and assisted with anything we needed. The main attraction for me was the suite and its lavish bathroom that I enjoyed while watching television. Did I mention that there were 3 flat screen televisions in the standard suite. I would stay again during the week when the rates are cheaper!!!

Wonderful weekend getaway
I took my wife to the Venetian for a surprise weekend getaway, and had a wonderful time with her. As it was her first time in Vegas, the hotel more than satisfied my requirements of being larger than life, and having a feeling of extravagance. The suites were beautiful, as was the rest of the hotel. And seeing the Blue Man Group there was just plain amazing, worth every penny.

Nice
The Venetian was a nice hotel but I did not use most of their facilities as to say wether it deserved 5 stars or not. Clean and comfortable the only thing I could fault in the room is the lighting. It is more mood lighting than functional. Puting makeup on in the bathroom at the large mirror is almost impossible but they do provide you with a makeup mirror on the vanity in the bathroom. Overall, it was nice but I'll try another hotel the next time I'm in town.
