Relaxing sun by the pool

the staff was very friend, and the rooms were amazing. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view of the mountains spectacular. Within walking distance of the strip without all of the noise and congestion. The resorts offers quiet days with the option to venture out to nearby casinos, shows, and activities.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

The resort offers limited food options so a little planning ahead helps a lot. On-site restaurant and nearby food options are a bit pricey. There are better valued food options available on the strip.

Vdara we'll be back

My partner had a deep tissue massage, and said it was the best he's had in a while. I used the fitness center and pool, which was great with plenty of seating and umbrellas. We both were completely satisfied with the room. The look was very modern and contemporary, with just enough technology to keep us exporing all the room had to offer. The staff was great, and the lack of a casino let us relax in the hotel. Since Aria was next door, and well as the shopping center, it was a short walk to the usual Vegas entertainment. We will be back hopefully soon.

Vdara hotel review

The rooms are modern, you get a coffee maker, the news paper and two free bottles of water (included with your $15 daily resort fee). The Valet is quick and easy if you have a car. The hotel is modern and nice. The pool is very poorly thought out. The Vdara is good if you want a new comfortable room, but not if you like the pool scene. Stay somewhere else if you want the Vegas pool scene... This pool was a bad afterthought.

What can I say but amazing a truly

What can I say but amazing a truly gorgeous hotel. Check in was very quick and friendly. The room was to die for, seriously could not get over the size and how well laid out it was. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchenette was a bonus and the bathroom was gorgeous. I loved that it was a non smoking hotel and no Casino, even though I enjoy a flutter I dont need it to be in the same hotel and with the Aria a few minutes walk away was great. I've stayed at the Mirage and the Palazzo on previous holidays but Vdara wins!!, I will be staying there from now on. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

"A nice hotel but be advised..."

I have been to Las Vegas on six separate occasions and the Vdara suite was exceptional beyond anything I have experienced at other hotels. If I were to move to Las Vegas, I would look to purchase something similar to this. The room is basically a studio apartment and was very clean with a nice view of the Rio and partial view of the Bellagio fountains. However, please be advised that the hotel does require a significant deposit/hold on your credit card to cover any incidentals. In my case the deposit was over $400 for three nights and was not credited to me until three days after I had returned home. Also, at check-in you are required to initial a document stating that you will pay $200 if you smoke in your room. In addition to this, you will be charged a $15/day resort fee upon check-out. It seems that many hotels have adopted this fee. I did not dine inside the hotel nor did I get room service so I cannot speak to these. If your looking for a food court, the closest one I found was in the Monte Carlo. If you choose this option, utilize the tram. It is free and much quicker than walking. The tram arrives frequently and only once did I have to wait 5 minutes. Overall, this was a good experience. However, please take into consideration the deposit/fees before booking this hotel.

Nice hotel, had issues with a/c

The hotel is very beautiful, and has the benefit of not having a casino. The room we had at first had poor air circulation and we had to switch to another after the first night.

Vdara is nice and clean hotel

We stayed in a delux suite, and we like it a lot. The room and entire hotel is pretty clean with modern ambience. Best value for the price. How ever there are'nt enough restuarents, we had to eat our late night dinner at the lobby bar. But it has easy access to Aria hotel accross the street, which has several restaurents and casino.

Aria hotel, which is across the street to Vdara has every thing. So people can experience the nice clean and quiet stay in Vdara and still have fun in Aria.

Awesome Experience!

The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The front desk did have some wait time, both at check-in and check-out, but other than that our experience was outstanding. We did not take our children and we only saw two at the Vadara the whole time, so I am not sure how family friendly it is. We had a beautiful view of the Bellagio fountain from our room. The room was clean and very nice. Vadara is off the strip, but close enough that getting to the strip or other hotels is fairly easy.

The VDARA Resort...AMAZING!!

This resort was AMAZING!! When describing this hotel to friends and family upon our return, we said this was THE nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in...and we have stayed at some really nice places!! This hotel is far enough from the strip to offer the seclusion you may be looking for. One drawback for some, might be that there is no casino in the hotel. Also, you need to walk through the Bellagio to get to the strip, which is easily a 10-15 minute walk. There is also a tram that will get you there, but again, it will take a little time.
