Great getaway for two who love Las Vegas
The Tuscany is two blocks away from the strip and that makes all the difference if you need a little R&R during your stay. The room was BIG. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was generally friendly. If you don't like to walk, rent a car and see it all.

Money-saving tip:
Not Applicable
Save time and money by checking all the roots and prices for the Monorail, The Duece, Express, Mini-buses between resorts and cabs ahead of time. If you're going to be in Vegas for more than a couple of days, plan to do sections of the strip and downtown on seperate days.

Good location, average hotel
This hotel is pretty average. It's basically clean, rooms are large, exterior is nice, location is very good. Bugs me that they charge a "resort fee" of $14 bucks for the fitness center which I didn't use and then want to charge me another $14 bucks for internet.

Great room for a couple
Huge rooms, large bathrooms, separate shower/bath. Nice suite for great Las Vegas stay. Helpful front desk. When our safe was not working, we contacted the desk and it was promptly fixed by the time we had returned to the room for the evening. Comfortable beds, great price for the suite! The walk to the Strip was doable, although it was a bit scary once it got dark to get back again. Hotel lobby and casino was extremely smoky; but nonsmoking rooms did not have smoke in them. Would stay at this hotel again.

loved it
We booked this hotel cause it was cheap. The room is like a suite with a small living room set and dining room set. Microwave upon request. Nice size fridge in the room and it actually got cold! Even the freezer part worked! Never get that in hotels. It only has 3 floors and we were on the second floor. Never waited for the elevator and we never even had to ride with anybody else. We never even saw any other guests on our floor. The room above us had a some heavy stompers but no fault of the hotel. Bed was comfy. Staff was always there within 5 minutes the 3 times I called them. The room keys were kinda carppy but after multiple swipes it worked. Pretty good walk from the strip if you dont like to walk but I love walking. they had very nice pools which we werent personally crazy enough to use but some kids were out there swimming at about 9pm when it was about 45 degrees. The first floor rooms have a nice little patio and patio set outside of it.You dont have to walk thru the casino to get to your room. We didnt have a car but if you do parking is great! AT check in we had the nicest experience out of all hotel check ins ever in Vegas . (we go twice per year). The staff are usually very stoic (other hotels) and unfun. I like to tell and recieve jokes and friendliness. The girls' name was Ramisi or some such and she was a sweetie! Also, when we had to do players club stuff the staff was great there, as well. Servers were okay. The first one carded my hubby and not me for drinks and we're both 37 and 38 and we're sitting next to each other. Scroo her. The slots were kinda tight here, but I did win a bit. We ate a Marilyns and Cantina a couple of times each. Both were pretty good food and good service. Overall, very nice and I wanna stay there again! I really loved the huge size of them room and not being all cramped with just a bed and a TV. Bathroom was also nicely sized. I love this place!

Great Value
This was our second stay, and we like it because the rooms are quite large. The beds are comfortable. It is quiet, (just off the strip). The food in the cafe is very reasonably priced and tasty. Our only complaint is the internet which you pay for in the resort fee, does not include internet in your room, only in the public areas. They don't tell you that specifically.
