Great location

Overall a great experience. Only two negatives were: it took over an hour to get checked in (you could pay $40 extra for the privilege of Express Check in) no hot water or coffee maker in the room so you have to run downstairs to get coffee or tea. Room was nice and comfortable and staff was friendly.

This hotel went above my expectations. Sad the pirate show is gone out front though. I will defiantly stay here again.

weekend get away

Was looking for an affordable getaway and TI made it happen. I was giving the room i was promised...clean, stripview, and modern. Love the location( around the middle of strip...good fun bars, food and shows. I would definitely go there again.

Average hotel with way below services

check in was nice but that was about it. Checked into the room and started to login for the paid wireless (resort fee). Could not connect? I need to get into my emails. I called down to front desk and they transferred me to IT. On the phone with them and try to login and could not do it. Went to front desk to speak to a manger and she said I would have to go back to my room to wait for IT to come up and that would be 30 to 45 mins. I didn't go to vegas to sit in my hotel room. Manager said she would refund my resort fee since I could not connect to their wireless. She did not. Liar! Too many options to stay at in vegas. Don't stay here.

First Trip

Overall it was a good experience for my first time. The buffet was very good. The only problem I had was the casino smelled very bad, almost made me sick every time I had to come back in the building. Other casinos didn't smell like TI did. The smell would be the only reason I would not stay there again, other than that, no complaints

Vegas trip with friends

TI is one of the older hotels on the strip but the location is great. Because it isn't as new and fancy as most others, the price was significantly less. The rooms were small but very nice. Wasn't too noisy and we didn't hear any of the neighbors. We saw a lot of families with children in the lobby and common areas of the hotel. There are many food options if you're looking for a quick and inexpensive bite to eat. The pool was spacious and relaxing with a good mixture of couples, families with kids, and people drinking. The front desk staff weren't that friendly, however, and seemed like they hated their job. We checked in around 4pm and they didn't seem that busy, only a handful of people in line with us to check in. Very few of the front desk staff were smiling and welcoming. The house keeping staff was wonderful though. Very attentive and happy to help. Overall, it was a good experience for the price.

Given a smoking room when non smoking was requested. No comps given for this inconvenience. Room smelled horrible. At a minimum fabreeze should be offered to try and mask scent but this will not stop headaches caused by the smell.

Poor customer service

They don't tell you when you book that you have to pay a resort fee - at least, I didn't see this. Upon check in, they tell me I need to pay this and even though I was just spending nights there, I had to pay the $30 per day for this. What does it cover - Wifi (which give me a break in today's world) and the fitness center. Even though I had no need for these, I still had to pay. Secondly, I went to order room service and they tell me that I have to use cash. In order to put on my room, I was told that I would have to go back to check-in, wait in line and give them my credit card. Forget it - go somewhere else!
