Nice hotel, but somewhat disorganized

A group of us arrived at around 8pm to check in and were told that they didn't have any clean rooms, and should be ready in about an hour. so we went to dinner in the hotel, came back in two hours. One of the rooms still wasn't ready and we had to wait another 45 mins for them to clean up. The next day, they lost the room assignment for that room, de-activating the key and making us go back to fix the problem. The people were quite nice and comp'd a meal, so we were satisfied with the resolution. The Coffee Shop and the steak restaurant were quite good. Rooms were clean and the view from the upper floors is spectacular. Be sure and watch the ship show they put on several times per day. The hotel gives out a number of coupons, mostly buy one, get one free. One more item, watch the internet access. All the signs in the room tell you $11.99 per 24 hours of access, but they charged $12.99 on the bill. The manager cheerfully removed it when advised of the discrepancy. Just another example of their disorganization. All in all, we had a good time and wouldn't have a problem going back. Just pay attention!

Treasure Island

I really enjoyed my stay. The housekeeping was somewhat fair. That would be my only complaint.

Very nice rooms. Boring otherwise.

Treasure Island is located right across the Venetian and on the Strip. It's well located close to many attractions. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. When we stayed it was also very quiet. Signs of quality abound throughout the room (furniture, wallpaper, bathroom, etc) and the beds are very comfy. In fact, I wished I had the same bed at home. The room we stayed in had flat panel display but no minibar fridge. I'd rather have a mini-bar! The downsides are that TI casino looks rather ordinary and uninteresting. You'd better try others on the Strip. Dining options are ok, but there are many others out there so there is no reason to spend too much time at the hotel. The walk to the check-in desk from the parking structure was long and maze-like. Had to ask several employees for directions. In sum, TI is an excellent hotel to stay --especially given its weekday rates-- but not to enjoy. I'll surely go there again, but wish it had attractive dining and entertainment options right in its premises.

Great Location

Treasure Island was a lot of fun and in a great location on the strip. The hotel was super clean and easy to get around in. The room and bathroom was large, had a great view, and was very clean. It was worth the money!

Great Customer Service

Treasure Island is a perfect hotel for staying at when you're in Las Vegas. It's beautiful, clean, kid friendly, has a great selection of restaurants and shops, is located by walkway to a huge mall, and is righton the strip, adjacent to the Mirage, Venetian, and Wynn Hotels. Our stay was very pleasant, the the customer service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We got a room with a king size bed, but it was just pure luck, because it was the last one available.

Restaurants to suit any taste, and a pool where you could buy coctails and/or food and spend the day. Adjacent to the hotel is a huge new mall with every store imaginable, along with restaurants like Maggiano's and The Capital Grille. There are over 100 shows that you can attend for entertainment, and also plenty of night clubs.

Great coupe getaway hotel.

TI is along side Mirage. They still have their pirate show but it is not kied friendly. When we arrived to the hotel I ask the desk clerk if he could give a a viewof the strip and he told us it was not problem and charge us the same rate. Our roon overlook the strip, the pool and had a great view of the mountains. We could not ask for more. The room was quiet since we were near the end of the hallway but also eliminated outside noises of the strip. There is lots to do in the hotel. Great fun bar scene and service near the pool was outstanding.Pool to the Mirage is not accessible to TI guests. I read this on one of the reviews so My husband and I check this out. You need a room key to enter all pool areas. They do have a tram to the Mirage from TI and the fashion mall is next door. My husband and I had a great trip and would not hesistate to stay here again.

good times

We loved the treasure island hotel and would stay there again. My only negative remark would be there restaurants, which are a little over priced. Stay away from Canter's deli, the food was not very good. The buffet at Harrah's is excellent, but if you want to eat for cheap there is a Denny's right down the block from TI.
