basic

Comfortable, clean rooms. A good location near the Mirage and Venetian. Not a lot of good restaurant choices (besides Social House, which is stylishly hip and delicious), and the casino floor feels basic and a little out of date compared to the nicer places. But if you are looking for a reasonably priced place in a central location, TI is a good choice. Also, Thursday night at Tangerine is supposed to be fun.

Rooms very nice but staff needs help

The hotel is very nice. Lobby areas well kept and the rooms are well decorated and confortable - great beds. Our problem was with the hotel staff. Several times I sought advice from one department (bell staff, front desk) and was then referred to another department only to be told We don't do that or I don't know) Staff needs to be trained better.

Exceeded expectations for handicapped assessibility

Treasure Island or ti exceeded my expectations for handicapped assessiblity providing a wheelchair for my adult son's stay. Our tower room on the 35th floor was neat, clean as a pin with 2 queen bed configuration, armoire with tv, 2 comfortable wing back chairs around a table. The view was spectacular in the west tower. We could see the strip right out of our hotel window. The bathroom was huge, great shower and a dryer that actually worked well. The room safe was a real plus. Iron and ironing board, and the decor was fresh and appealing. Our beds were so comfortable with down pillows and comforter. Room service was especially a treat always served on a cart with linens and the food was delicious. We were able to walk with the wheelchair to an elevator connecting to a bridge to cross the streets on one side of the hotel right at the fashion mall and other hotels. The tram on the opposide side connected us to The Mirage and other hotels. Our last breakfast by the pool was so very relaxing we didn't want to come home.

Very Poor Customer Service

The staff were very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I spoke with the Asst. Manager and he wasn't very helpful or courteous. The bed was very hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great Hotel

If you want a great steak or a hot spot to hang out this is the hotel for you. the bars are great and all the food is fresh and well prepared!!! The only thing that was challenging was the pool...if you want to hang by the pool get there early and don't get up..you cuold lose your chair and your stuff. The pool is very small and very popular...they need more pools or more pool space! Great hotel to stay at for a party atmosphere!!!

unclean hotel - customer service was horrible

I thought that after paying a few hundred a night for this hotel that it would be nice but I was completely wrong. The room was barely large enough to fit 2 queen size beds and a stand for the TV. It did not have a fridge or microwave. The bathroom floor had hair all over and the bathtub was twice as bad. It looked clean but after you got closer you could see all the hair. Oh, anything that had fabric on it was stained. The hotel did allow us to change rooms but didnt allow any hotel resources to be expended to help on the move so we had to move our bags to the other room which was a pain because we could not get to the new hotel floor from our floor so we had to go down to the 1st floor and change elevators to get to the new room's floor. The customer service was horrible, i was just a number to them and they didnt care. The new room was equally disgusting with stains on the bed covers, sheets and walls.

Nice Hotel - Friendly Casino

This was a nice location as I was attending a conference nearby. The walkways and location made it an easy walk to get to most anywhere on the strip. As a bonus, the casino slots were generous and kept me busy in the evenings.
