Classy hotel

We saw a couple of shows. Gambled a little. Went to hoover dam and red rock canyon. What we didn't like, was high prices for food, and the high resort fees that we were charged for, but didn't use.

Fantastic

Treasure Island was a great hotel to stay at. The only downside to our stay were the obnoxious drunk people next door that I called the front desk about. They didn't get kicked out and the next night they were even more obnoxious. The beds are the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, and it was convenient to have a Starbucks in the hotel. The location was centralized on the strip, which was also a plus for us and we were even more excited that a Walgreens right across the street. Also, the resort fee was a bit ridiculous. We had to pay 20 bucks a day for internet access, VIP seating to Sirens of TI (which was very cool by the way), access to the fitness center and Oleksandra Salon and Spa, among a few other things. Bottomline, if we go to Vegas again, we will definitely stay at TI again.

Las vagas trip

This hote is a nice hotel on the strip of Lasvagas. Huge 4 star hotel with nice cashino and range of resturant and bars. However I felt the basic but essential room aminities like the cofee maker or mocrowave or a small freedze is missing. It make the things very difficult as I travelled with my little daughter

Great Family Fun

This was a vacation for our son (who heads off to college soon) and our daughter's spring break. We picked Treasure Island because of its location and pirate theme. TI, as everyone called it, was very clean. We feared a strong cigarette smell inside the hotel (since smoking is allowed), but it didn't smell bad at all. The hotel had several nice restaurants, but they were not fast nor cheap. The Sirens of TI show was really fun. We had a great time and our rooms were nice.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great view of the strip from the top floor. The room was very "cozy" and clean. We saw the Mystere show in the hotel and it was very good. We ate at the hotel twice and the food was worth the trip. I was only concerned with no cocktail service while gambling. We had to buy every drink at premium prices.

Great Value-NoFrills

Looks like unbeatable value for on the Strip at $89 average price just before Spring Break. Staff returned money left in room. A+ for honesty. Casino is smokey. Buy a 3 day Duece pass for $15 and travel to El Corte in Freemont for good odds gambling. See surveys on the web- BJ, etc. Food is pricey in hotel. Food Court is next door. Grand Lux in Palazzo was excellent, except for that rubber glove in the salad. For Vegas, it was excellent. Could be far worse elsewhere, really. Give them a chance.

WEAR YOUR MOST COMFORTABLE RUNNING SHOES IN VEGAS. Most Casinos are not designed to efficiently move you from one place to the next. Instead, they make you walk by the gambling. Even sidewalks have detours in the shopping and gambling areas. To survive, Walk! Often faster than taxi or bus or tram.

I've never experienced such rude blackjack dealers in a hotel as i did @ TI (the after midnight shift). Very unfriendly employees. It's as if they truely hated their job. Caused us to get up & leave.

Treasure Island experience

Centrally located, very comfy beds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The housekeeping staff is friendly and helpful. Food is very expensive in the hotel and the wait staff is slow. Comps are few and far between even if you are celebrating something special. The pool closes very early each evening. There is a $5.00 charge to use room service.
