This was the greatest Hotel I have ever stayed in.

We were so pleased with our stay at Treasure Island. From this point forward this is the only Hotel we would want to stay in when we visit Las Vegas. From the room, to the food to the gambling. This was a 100% wonderful.

up to date with all that travelers need in the Las Vegas.

Over all, it was a fine Hotel. It was close to a lot of shopping. The attraction of the pirates show was not so good, some fire and a lot of ladies dancing was not that interesting. The thing I disliked the most is that when I got a cut in my arm and I requested an alcohol swab and a band aid, I had to walk all the way to security and they only had band aids. Also when I asked how much a taxi would cost me to the airport, I would have prefer that they told me it could cost me up to $20.00 instead of being told that it will cost me $15.00, we were short of cash.

Good first Trip

Treasure Island was a very nice hotel. Check-in and check-out was hassle free. The casino was nice and big and it didn't really smell of smoke. The location was very close to the mall and walking distance to other hotels and casinos. Room was nice as well. For first timers, it was really nice...my husband and I went 4th of July weekend for his birthday and we had a blast!!!

My review of Treasure Island - TI

It was nice,my girlfriend and I enjoyed the jaquzzi tub.The next morning we wanted a shower, and what does she find all over the shower wall? hair lots of long black stringy hair.My girlfriend found a maid, who found our maid, our maid said she had cleaned our room prior to our 3:30 check in,and it was inspected by her mgr.So did we wait a day and 1/2 so someone could sneak a quickie in our shower before we got in there???

Nice room

Treasure Island is a very nice, clean hotel. The pool, buffet, and Cirque du Soile show were all great. Though we were a bit disappointed with some of the personal services that TI provided. At check in we were told that our suite was not ready and may not be ready for up to 2-3 hours (5-6pm). We were not happy at all about this but what can your do? We had quite a few bags, and after asking, were told that we could check them and then could be brought to our room later. The person checking luggage was very rude and snide, to us and from not receiving a tip from the previous guests. As it turned out we only had to wait 1:45 for our room to be prepared. The room, to us, was amazing. A tower suite I believe. A huge room with a king size bed, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a juccuzi type bat tub, a large plasma type television, a refrigerator, big closets, and an in room safe. The view left some to be desired but the room it's self was great. When we were settling in we put some things we had in the fridge but noticed it was not cold. I turned the knob the opposite way and just figureing it was not on. As it turned out, after coming back to the room and finding it still warm, we called the front desk, and they knew that the fridge was broken. We were upset that this amenity was not available to us. It is very HOT in Las Vegas and we bought waters, energy drinks, and mixers/alcohol, and had no way of keeping them cold. We also had ordered room service and were not able to keep the left overs. We were upset that this was not available to us but we were very upset at not being treated right by the management for the inconvenience. Something for the Hey, we're sorry that you had to fill your sink with ice to keep your drinks cold. We felt like they were saying we're sorry about your luck but there is nothing you can really do about it anyway. We felt like we were being bullied and definitely felt like we were not valued. We went to bed trying not to let it ruin any part of our vacation, as this all happened over the course of 2-3 hours. We woke up with them bringing us a working refrigerator but it still did not remove the inconvenience and hassle. They made right what should have already been. It would have been nothing for them to provide something else to make up for it but they did nothing. Here are some dining vouchers or here are discounted tickets to our show or whatever. While everything at the hotel was beautiful, room, pool, dining, shows, this one thing will keep us from recommending Treasure Island to ANYONE.
