Not impressive
We were told if we used internet it would cost 22.00 a day. But that gave us access to the night club. Si we said yes. Later to find out there were options to use the internet for as low as $7.99. We were able to get into the night club on Thusday 7-15, only tofind out it had no dance floor. IK felt we were lied to.

Worse and Worse
The hotel itself had no problems. I've stayed here before and the rooms have gotten nicer over the years. The staff on the other hand has been on the downhill for years. Last time I stayed here I thought it was a fluke, but this time I knew it was a problem. Just rude and unhelpfully staff in every respect. From check-in to room service, I was very disappointed. As someone who goes to Vegas at least 5 times a year, I can say I will never stay here again.

TI
I was disapointed with treasure island on this trip. When I stayed there a year and a half ago the rooms were cleaner. The service was good, the employees were poilet and helpful, however the $45 service charge (for a 2 night stay) added to my bill at the end of my trip was rather bothersome seeing that I did not use their pool or fitness center. Very expensive over all considering it was not very clean.

Bully Charges
[...]We were very disappointed when we were told at the time of checking in that we had to pay additional $22.50 per day for Dail Resort Fee which provided services we did not need. We just felt like we were robbed by TI for the 3 days we were there.

Eh just ok
All together just wasn't that great of an experience. The staff was extremely unfriendly, especially the dealers at the blackjack tables. Absolutely no personality and even rude. I will not stay here again.

AAA Four Diamond award winning service??
The front desk clerk [...] from Newbury Park, CA wasn't friendly as I expected. I am not asking that the staff should be [*] nice, but at least putting a smile will be nice. After all, the front desk people should be the face of their hotel. He wasn't disrespectful, but I sure didn't felt welcome either. Plus, what the heck is resort fee. Call me cheap, but I rather stay in the same quality local casino for 1/3 cheaper price than this one. Lastly, what happened to good old coffee machine? No coffee machine.

Treasure Island
I didn't try the spa/gym/pool. There was a weird smell in the lobby/casino/floors that was there to hide a worse smell I'm sure. It was too loud in the restaurants and getting to the elevator because of the casino. It was basically an assault on the senses.

No Treasure
Previous trip was to the MGM but wanted to stay in a more central location on the strip. Very disappointed that this was listed as 4-star. Not well kept, dirty mirrors all over, never any sign of housekeeping except during the morning. Lobby/entrance nothing special, always a traffic jam at the elevators as they enter/exit straight into the casino. The outdoor Sirens show offered no crowd management and difficult to get through whether attending or walking. Gilleys was good food, but could have done that anyway. TI is surrounded by other places that are spectacular and I think the extra $$ is worth it. Room had nice view of strip and mountains and parking lot tops. Room was a little smaller than just about anywhere! Won't stay here again.
