Casual Dining
Part adventure, part restaurant and wholly entertaining for the whole family, the Rainforest Cafe recreates a tropical rainforest with waterfalls, lush vegetation, and indigenous creatures. You enter through a 10,000-gallon double archway aquarium. Inside the family-style restaurant, the food continues the rainforest theme with the Primal Steak, Rumble in the Jungle Turkey Pita, and other exotic fare. Other more casual dining includes the wide-ranging menu of the Art Deco-era Studio Cafe, the fine sandwiches at 'wichcraft and Stage Deli, the poolside Cabana Grill and the famed MGM Grand Buffet.
Craftsteak
Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio insists on the finest ingredients from small family farms and other specialized venues. A James Beard award-winning chef, Colicchio is emphatic when it comes to creating menu items that appeal to all lovers of fine food. Using the purest ingredients and a philosophy that simpler is better, he makes every dish burst forth with flavor. While this famous steakhouse offers mainstays like Kobe Beef, it also tempts your taste buds with veal, salmon and lobster dishes.
Nobhill
Inspired by San Francisco neighborhood eateries, chef Michael Mina has organic produce and poultry flown in direct from San Francisco to capture the taste and feel of the Bay Area. The James Beard award-winning chef's signature dishes like North Beach Cioppino and Lobster Pot Pie pay tribute to the City by the Bay, while the cozy bar and lounge make guests feel right at home.
Pearl
Cuisine with an essence of the Canton and Shanghai provinces, prepared utilizing the four Chinese cooking methods: steamed, braised, baked and fried. Although live seafood is the specialty, chef Kai-Wa Yau prefers a menu that is constantly changing to take advantage of seasonal offerings. The masterful cooking is paired with a serene and contemporary Chinese atmosphere.
Emeril's
You've seen his TV show, you've read his cookbooks, now sample the signature dishes of one of America's most popular chefs - Emeril Lagasse. The celebrity chef gives Las Vegas fine dining his signature "bam!" With scallops from Maine, pike from the Midwest, and chicken from Alabama, Emeril's serves a fresh and distinctive blend of Creole/Cajun specialties. Add to that a wine list that received Wine Spectator's 1999 "Best of Award of Excellence," and funky New Orleans architecture, and you'll feel closer to Bourbon Street than the Vegas Strip.
Shibuya
Expansive and spectacular, it's the ultimate destination for Japanese cuisine. Direct from the stylish Tokyo district that bears its name, Shibuya features freshly prepared ingredients, stellar sushi, and the widest sake selection this side of the Pacific. All served in an airy and ambient setting. Experience the sleek urban elegance of Shibuya. And transport yourself to the Far-from-ordinary East.

Great getaway

This was a great place to stay if you want to be on the strip but don't want a little tranquility as well. The room was very clean, comfortable, nice and spacious. In fact, it was nice to feel removed from the masses and crowds without having to drive anywhere. The pool was very nice and quiet. This is a great place to stay for couples or small groups. The kitchenette is fantastic if you have kids or want to have some light fare in your room. I'd definitely stay there again!

Peaceful & enjoyable just off the strip

All of the Hotels charge a resort fee. As far as The Signature at MGM goes: Resort Fee covers wireless internet in room (was ok), use of fitness center, two "free" bottles of water, daily paper delivery (delivered only as far as Bell Person at Tower Lobby). Other than that, the room was as advertised and as per the photographs. Check in at Las Vegas Airport is the way to go. Get your room and keys at baggage claim and heve the bags delivered to your room. Very quiet and well appointed (suites are all owned by individuals and hotel "rents" them out. Having the kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, plates etc was a real plus when you see prices for food and drinks in the hotel. It is a bit of a hike to the MGM Grand, so be ready to walk. If you are dressing up (heels), take some walking shoes in your purse!.

If you're going to have one meal out for adults only, try Craftsteak in the MGM Grand, Tom Colichio's restaurant, and have the "Chef's Taster" - pricey, but definitely worth every cent you pay.

my stay at signature

Well my wife and I had an excellent stay at the signature. We were checking in so early that our only choice was the 3rd tower. That was the furthest of the towers from the MGM so we had to make a 7-8 miute walk just to get to the mgm. Had to walk through tower 1 and 2 then the studio walk to get to the actual casino. Wife loved being away from all the noise of the casino. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Just walking through hotel everyone greeted. Was a little more expensive and no place to eat in the signature unless you wanted to eat in your room. the reooms were great and spacious. Would suggest to anyone was a great experience. By far the best place we have stayed on the strip. Only weak point i have is the resort fee which they charge you for separately. 15 dollars a day. They say it is for use of the fitness center/2 bottles water a day and newspaper. I didn't even use the fitness center or the newspapers. Other then that would definately be back!!

Excellent room in quality Hotel

Brilliant if you want to be away from the Casino. It is a bit of a walk to the Strip, through the MGM or along East Harmon, but if you don't like walking you shouldn't be in Vegas! Small but comfortable pool, some issues about the charge for a brolly but there are some trees to offer some shade. You would think they could invest in some extra brollies. The room, we were on the 38th (top) floor, was excellent and bettered the Bellagio apart from the fountain view. The highlight of the trip was the arrival in the lobby of a completely naked female african-american dwarf shouting 'LAS VEGAS HEY HEY!!) which came at no extra charge. Would recommend as a great alternative to the bustle of the strip.

Wonderful Hotel

I was very impressed with the room that we stayed in. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The whirlpool bath tub was fantastic. Would reccommend to anyone. Only draw back is that this is a little off of the strip, but you can walk right into MGM via inclosed (air-conditioned) walkway.
