Pearl
Cuisine with an essence of the Canton and Shanghai provinces, prepared utilizing the four Chinese cooking methods: steamed, braised, baked and fried. Although live seafood is the specialty, chef Kai-Wa Yau prefers a menu that is constantly changing to take advantage of seasonal offerings. The masterful cooking is paired with a serene and contemporary Chinese atmosphere.
Emeril's
You've seen his TV show, you've read his cookbooks, now sample the signature dishes of one of America's most popular chefs - Emeril Lagasse. Wonderful Stay

This hotel is everything you need in a mid-budget trip to Vegas. I couldn't believe the value for the price. The suites are gorgeous, complete with amazing King size beds, huge bathtubs, and great balcony views. Since occupancy was low in tower three we ended up with a penhouse suite and an unbelievable view of the city. I hope to be back there soon! You should definitely check it out!

A great way to stay on the strip

First time staying at this hotel and I'm sold on staying here whenever I'm in Vegas. I love everything about it. Gated entrance, valet only, non-gambling and quiet (with mgm grand only a short moving sidewalk away), non-smoking, nice private rooms, very clean. Little things like the man at the gate opening the gate for you once he sees your valet pass so you don't have to fumble for your room key to open it yourself really show cases the service orientation of the hotel.

Great room, poor location

The suite was very spacious and welll furnished and had all the amenities iincluding a Jacuzzzi bathtub. However, it was located far away from hte MGM Grand xasino, about a 15 minute walk. My room was not made up on the day prior to my check-out even after I reported the problem to the desk service problem. The next day, I spoke to the manager who graciously apologized for the inconvenience and then refunded an $84.00 service fee to me.

Excellent Spot, Just Off The Strip

There was a lot to love about the Signature. Some points that others may find helpful... - the strip is best accessed via East Harmon Road, rather than walking through the entire MGM Grand complex. Tower 3 is closest to East Harmon. - we generously tipped housekeeping, and found 4 water bottles in our fridge rather than the standard two bottles. - complementary flight check-in and printing of boarding passes is available at a kiosk beside the guest elevators in tower 3. - 2 friends wanted to attend Cirque du Soleil Ka with my wife and I. The concierge was closed for the day, but the front desk staff connected us to the ticket outlet, and my friends were able to complete the transaction over the phone from the hotel.

Great room

Great room, very clean, and quiet. Close enough to the strip and easy to get to MGM grand - a short walk. Received an upgrade to the penthouse with a nice balcony and partial view of the strip. Didn't care for the $28/day "resort facility fee".

Island of tranquility but close enough to the madness :-)

Lovely hotel, quiet, sophisticated - yet a short walk away from MGM and the nerve center of the Strip. Greatly appreciated the smoke free ambience and the elegant rooms. Room was definitely of 5* quality.

MGM restaurants are close by; Wichcraft is a relative bargain for great sandwiches. The onsite cafe in Tower 2 is frightfully expensive with coffee running at $6 a cup.

Comfy, Quiet, but Close to the Action

We love the MGM Signature Suites! This was our 3rd or 4th stay there and we pretty much won't stay anywhere else as a couple. We love that the rooms are large (we get the Jr. Suite# with plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms are spacious and have a giant tub and large shower with great water pressure. The beds are wonderfully comfortable. And there is just about every amenity you can think of in the room #including a mini kitchen). Our room also had a nice big balcony facing the back of the strip. We also like that the hotel is quiet. There is no casino, no smoking. It is really peaceful and aesthetically pleasing, like a nice spa. But because it's attached by a walkway to the MGM Grand, you're only a few steps away from the restaurants, bars, shopping and gambling, if that's what you want The little restaurant, Delights, off the lobby serves delicious breakfasts, like a smoked salmon bagel, white chocolate/cinnamon French toast, and lemon raspberry pancakes. We always eat breakfast there. My only complaints about this hotel is that the pool/hot tub area closes at 4pm! Not everyone coming to Vegas wants to hit the casino or shows every night, especially the people who choose the Signature. It would be nice to get in the hot tub in the evening after dinner or gambling, but you can't. Also, the front desk was always understaffed and I had to wait 10 minutes in line just to ask for a band-aid,and check in/out was always a 10-15 minute wait. They need more than 2 people working the front desk at peak times. But other than those two little things, we really love the Signature Suites. It's beautiful, clean, peaceful, and comfortable. You feel like you're in a spa boutique hotel instead of steps off the Strip.
