The combination is best described as beachfront bistro meets classic bar and grill. And the taste is, well, let's just say you have to try this one. After all, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant is more than a restaurant, it's an experience.
- L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon

While this famous steakhouse offers mainstays like Kobe Beef, it also tempts your taste buds with veal, salmon and lobster dishes.
- Nobhill
- Inspired by San Francisco neighborhood eateries, chef Michael Mina has organic produce and poultry flown in direct from San Francisco to capture the taste and feel of the Bay Area. The James Beard award-winning chef's signature dishes like North Beach Cioppino and Lobster Pot Pie pay tribute to the City by the Bay, while the cozy bar and lounge make guests feel right at home.
- Pearl
- Cuisine with an essence of the Canton and Shanghai provinces, prepared utilizing the four Chinese cooking methods: steamed, braised, baked and fried. Although live seafood is the specialty, chef Kai-Wa Yau prefers a menu that is constantly changing to take advantage of seasonal offerings. The masterful cooking is paired with a serene and contemporary Chinese atmosphere.

- You've seen his TV show, you've read his cookbooks, now sample the signature dishes of one of America's most popular chefs - Emeril Lagasse. The celebrity chef gives Las Vegas fine dining his signature "bam!" With scallops from Maine, pike from the Midwest, and chicken from Alabama, Emeril's serves a fresh and distinctive blend of Creole/Cajun specialties. Add to that a wine list that received Wine Spectator's 1999 "Best of Award of Excellence," and funky New Orleans architecture, and you'll feel closer to Bourbon Street than the Vegas Strip.
- Shibuya
- Expansive and spectacular, it's the ultimate destination for Japanese cuisine. Direct from the stylish Tokyo district that bears its name, Shibuya features freshly prepared ingredients, stellar sushi, and the widest sake selection this side of the Pacific. All served in an airy and ambient setting. Experience the sleek urban elegance of Shibuya. And transport yourself to the Far-from-ordinary East.

Great for families
We like to stay in suites with kitchens when traveling with our young children. We found the MGM Signature to be a great choice, and we have stayed at most of these types of properties on the strip. The pools always had shade and were quiet since the MGM's pools attract those seeking pool scenes. Our child loved the lazy river at the MGM pool. Valet and housekeeping service were great, and it was one of the best stocked kitchens I have stayed in, with high end utensils, pots and pans, too.

Second Honeymoon
We stayed in a 1 bedroom 2 bath suite in Tower 1 room 621 on the 21st floor. The room was fantastic, quiet and well maintained. Housekeeping was awesome, we put the "Do Not Disturb" light on one morning and the house keepers stopped back by later in the day and serviced our room without having to be asked. The Valets and Desk personnel were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It is a walk to the strip, usually about 10 minutes but the quiet and friendliness is well worth the walk, not to mention the price for all you get in the room. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates bowls, etc. and the appliances are top end. The room service dining is also top shelf with reasonable prices for what is normally an expensive service. We would definitely stay here again, 5 stars.

Time-saving tip:
Short walk from hotel
If staying at the Signature and you want to get to Las Vegas Blvd. quick, exit MGM through the West Wing Bar. This is the shortest walk to the strip we found.

Inconvenient Location, Hidden Fees, Pool Closes Too Early
This hotel is decidedly located off of the strip. While the Signature towers are connected to the MGM through air conditioned walkways, it is a long hike to actually get to the strip from any of the three Signature towers. The gentleman who waited on us when we checked in was rather snooty. We prepaid for our stay through "a travel website" and were aware that we would need to pay a $50 resort fee to the hotel upon checking in. The concierge informed us that the resort fee would be $56 and that he would also need to charge us $100 per day ahead of time on top of our prepaid room fee per night, taxes and resort fee. We ended up getting that $100 per day deposited back into our account three days after our vacation had ended, but it was still an expense that we had not counted on because the travel website, as well as the MGM Signature site, never mentioned having to charge our card $100 per day, so our overall vacation budget was decidedly effected. The room was very nice and clean, but the pool closed at 7pm, which is way too early if you want to take a swim on a warm Vegas night. We will never stay here again because of the distance from the strip, hidden fees and early pool closure.

Wonerful Stay
Our 5 night stay was perfect, the room was even more than we expected and the staff was very helpful the few times we had questions. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants private rooms without hearing the outside hallway noise that you experience in some hotels.

Great Hotel
The Signature was beautiful and relaxing. I didn't like that they only had valet service for parking. You have to wait for your car and constant tipping. The room was clean with great amenities, and a wonderful view. The hotel sits off the strip which is actually a benefit when you are trying to get your car out!

A quiet alternative
With no casino and no smoking - it made this hotel the perfect little retreat from the madness of vegas. It's a quick walk to the MGM Grand, and the towers have their own starbucks. The only thing else I could have asked for was a restaurant option in the hotel - or at least a breakfast option. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms.

Not as rad as it used to be, still very pleasant.
Staff was very friendly and nice, the multiple towers are nice as it breaks up the hotel into smaller, not as overwhelming locations, though they link together nicely with the halls. The deli and bar are nice, room service was good, rooms are nice and clean and fresh. No more bottled water like I recall from a few years back, which sort of was a factor in my decision to return. Carriage House across the street has similar features for nearly half the price, and I'll probably stick with them, I'm not looking for the super posh penthouse experience, just clean, fresh and with a kitchen. All of this is here, just has lost a bit of value.
