Dealertainers, divas and luaus define this worldly center-Strip classic
Like a favorite uncle, The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo is a reliable presence at the center of the Las Vegas Strip. With a slightly kitschy tribute to ancient Japan, The Quad Resort & Casino offers a variety of entertainment, amenities and dining in a relatively compact space. Central to the casino floor are the famous "Dealertainer" celebrity card dealers. More entertainment includes Frank Marino's cross-dressing Divas, the acrobats of Japan's Matsuri and the world-class Auto Collections.

Please be advised that this hotel will be under major renovations starting immediately and the projected completion date is sometime in late 2013. Effective immediately, vehicular access to The Quad from The Strip is permanently closed and all traffic must enter the property via the back entrance. Please also be advised that the main image that you see on our website is an artist rendering of the property when it is complete and not a true depiction of what the property looks like today. While we regret the inconvenience this may cause you, please know that Orbitz Worldwide and Caesars Entertainment takes a great deal of pride in your comfort and apologizes in advance for any disturbance this may cause you.

Highlights

  • The Catalyst Bar and the gaming opportunities at the Casino
  • The Auto Collections, one of the largest classic car showrooms with $100 million USD worth of inventory on display and for sale
  • "Dealtertainers," card dealers dressed as famous celebrities like Elvis, Michael Jackson, Dolly Parton and more
  • Oversized portions of unique, savory comfort food served at Hash House A Go Go

Location
The Quad Resort & Casino sits between the Flamingo and Harrah's resorts on the east side of the Strip, directly across from Caesars Palace and the Forum Shops.
Rooms
Despite The Quad Resort's Asian theme, the 2,650 Standard Deluxe rooms in the resort's five towers are traditional American or Tropical in style, with queen or king beds, granite countertops and updated showers. The Capri building features pet-friendly accommodations (check hotel policy for restrictions). Suite options feature spa tub with mirrored ceilings, and amenities like wet bars, sofabeds and flat-screen TVs. Wi-Fi Internet access is available for a fee.
Features

The Quad Resort also features some of Vegas' most popular karaoke, a seasonal Polynesian Luau on the pool deck, a wedding chapel with a variety of ceremony options, and the world famous Auto Collections with more than 250 cars and a "history on wheels" tour.

Dine at moderately priced restaurants like Embers steakhouse, Burger Palace, Quesadilla and Ginseng 3, a rare 24-hour Asian eatery on the Strip. Breakfast is served at Hash House A Go Go (come hungry for big, tasty portions) and Betty's Diner. Stop for cocktails at Fat Tuesday's or go for people watching at Beacher's Rockhouse, a wild and bold carnival-themed bar with sexy dancers and a prime Strip-side location. On February 1, Ruth Chris Steakhouse will take over the space that The Range currently occupies.

Free self- and valet parking is available at the resort.
Entertainment
For gaming action, the casino at The Quad Resort & Casino Located next to Flamingo offers a unique stadium-style sports book, card games featuring celebrity impersonating "dealertainers," and also honors the Harrah's Total Rewards Card. Free self- and valet parking is available.

Don't miss Matsuri, the famed Japanese "Muscle Musical" with a cast of 18 Japanese athletes who perform stunts like Human Jump Rope, Judo Tango and Foot Drums. From April through October, head to the pool deck for Las Vegas' only authentic poolside Luau and Polynesian revue.

The LINQ, an open-air shopping, dining, and entertainment destination, will open more restaurants, boutiques and stores in late 2013. Some brands set to open include Brooklyn Bowl, Sprinkles Cupcakes, Chayo Mexicano and Off The Strip Bistro.

great location

Imperial palace is right in the heart of the strip, it's not to large that you get lost in the place. It had a fun atmosphere with entertainment right in the casino. I would definetly stay there again.

Imperial Palace LV

Stayed here 4 times now. Perfect location, center of the strip, great value for money. Peter in Ginza bar looked after us really well... wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vegas. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the hot Vegas weather. It has a pool side bar and in high season has a BBQ There is building work going on next door but that didn't bother us.... need to start saving to go back.

Exceptional Location & Value

Best location, mid-strip, and walking distance to most hotels & casinos. View of IP from the street is wanting (pics old) and it is easily overlooked. But room was newly remodeled with hospital clean linens. More $5 Blackjack tables at the IP are needed, but the couple of smaller casinos just steps nearby satisfied that need. The IP auto collection was great, and photos are OK everywhere in LV except in the casinos. Half a block north is the Venetian (the indoor canal), directly across the street is the Bellagio and the Mirage (water shows), and Ceasars, and just south is the Paris with it's half scale eiffel tower- All worth the short walk. I didn't look, but I'd guess none of them have $5 tables either, except perhaps the old Flamingo a short walk south. I'd book at the IP again.

Dining tip: Short drive from hotel

The evening buffet at the Main Street Station on the east end of Freemont street (downtown area) was a very good value for around $15. But generally I would recomend lunch well away from "the strip" (perhaps on the way to the grocery store picking up sodas & snacks for the room) because every place on the strip seems inclined to leverage the tourist trade, though you will need a car for that. Without a car, the casino buffet's are the next best value, or you might be happier with a nice meal at one of the many themed restraunts inside any one of the midrange casinos. The "fast food" options on the strip, even the chain stores, are disappointingly expensive. For example; Fatburger was $15/person and the Hard Rock Cafe was $25/person +tip on the strip. The IP has a convenience store on the ground floor, but items there are double the cost (like $3/soda) as is everything on the strip.

Very helpful for myself

The Imperial Palace Hotel was a nice place to stay. I recently had knee surgery and they allowed me to use a motorized scooter for my stay. It allowed me to do things and go places that I could not have done without it. The checkin staff was ver friendly and helpful. I would diffinetly stay there at this hotel again

Great place to stay!!

We had 4 nights there and the rooms are good sized, clean, bright and cheery. We had a conecting room with 2 of our friends and both were very nice. The restaurant's were also great. The help was good and the food was very tastey. All of the people we came in contact with were very nice, friendly and helpful. It is located in a great location on the strip and you can walk to a lot of the other casino's if you wish. Imperial Palace I found was also the best paying casino there. We would go back to this hotel as soon as we can. No reason to worry about the hotel just because it is reasonably priced.

Moderately Priced Hotel With Nice Amenities

The Imperial Palace is nestled among the elite hotel/casinos on Las Vegas Blvd. It is centrally located which makes for easier access to other points of interest along the strip. It is moderately priced, but still includes amenities such as a pool, dining areas, shops, and a casino. The room which I occupied was kept clean and restocked with toiletries. The employees were courteous and friendly starting with the front desk to maid service. I was looking for a hotel to fit my budget and this fit in nicely.

Very Surprised!

I was surprised with the convenient location of Imperial Palace. I have been to Las Vegas several times before and had never noticed the location of this hidden hotel. They were in the middle of renovating and things were a in a bit of disarray, but you would never have known it unless you saw the repairs going on. They were quiet and professional. We upgraded our room to the king size bed with the 'love tub' This was one of the best ideas we had on our trip. The room was fantastic!
