Rooms

The Orleans Hotel and Casino offers 1,886 oversized rooms and suites, each with separate sitting areas. Standard rooms are decorated in an Americana style and include pillow-top mattresses, coffee-makers, standard televisions and marble vanities. Features

Soak up the sun and sip a cocktail from The Orleans' ample pool deck with its bar, wading pool, large jacuzzi, cabanas (for a fee) and Fuddruckers snack bar. The spa sticks to core offerings like massages, facials, and full salon and barber shop services. A large fitness center is included in the resort fee. Classic Vegas entertainment comes to the Showroom, where entertainers like Don Rickles are the norm. Guests of all ages at The Orleans enjoy a bowling center, 18-screen movie theatre, video arcade and KidsTyme Child Care. Free shuttle service is available to The Orleans' sister property The Gold Coast as well as the Las Vegas Strip.

Dining

Savor the French Quarter and more with options like the formal Canal Street Grille, local's favorites Big Al's Oyster Bar and The Prime Rib Loft, casual Don Miguel's Mexican, Brendan's Irish Pub and sports lounge, Koji Asian and the French Market Buffet. Or opt for something familiar with TGI Fridays, a 24-hour Fuddruckers, Subway, Sbarro and Baskin-Robbins. There's also a package liquor store on the casino floor.

Another terrific stay

Every member of the family loves the Orleans. There are so many things to do: Bowling, Kids Time, Restaurants, free shuttle to strip, spa, pool, and more. The prices are reasonable, the gaming is great and the table limits are low. What's not to love about the Orleans?

Inexpensive

You get what you pay for, clean and good value for the money. The "Resort Fee" is a rip off, but all LV hotels do this.

Our Stay At The Orleans Hotel

To many people, it may seem out of the way,but for us, it was just great!! The staff there is very friendly, and accommodating. If we needed anything, all we needed to do was ask. The room was perfect!! Comfortable bed, free computer access, a security safe for your valuables, all the basic toiletries that you'd need, and most important, CLEAN!!! The food served there in the Garden Court Cafe will suit your every need, and the restaurant upstairs serves the best 24 oz.Prime Rib with the bone in complete with au jous ,horseradish, and your choice of baked potato or mashed, along with your choice of soup or salad. The service was also excellent!! If memory serves me correctly, I believe the name of the restaurant was The Loft. Can 't wait to return!!!

Entertainment tip: Not Applicable

Check on-line before your trip, and get your ticket(s) in advance. If you can get a copy of What's happening in Vegas, from someone, check that also. Get to your event early!!! If you caught a cab, find one from another hotel because chances are the hotel where the event was will have a line that's a mile long, and many minutes wait.

Orleans Stay, Wow!!!

The room was very comfortable and well furnished. However, I will not stay here again. A Resort Fee of $12.99 plus tax is excessive and should be optional. I did not need any of the services included in this fee. These services/amenities are optional or included in the hotel cost of other hotels in Las Vegas that I have stayed at.

Money-saving tip: In Hotel

If traveling on leisure, stay during week; rates are lower. If on a weekend, check to see if there is a major conference taking place, as rates will be higher. Take advantage of discount coupons for restaurants in hotel.

Great off-the-strip option!

Upon arrival there was no evidence of a bellman to help with luggage. We had to go inside and request assistance from the bell captain, who was not particularly personable. Once past that hurdle, however, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The beds were supremely comfortable, and the rooms large enough for 4 adults. Wonderful, large bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.
