Great Business Stay

We booked rooms at this hotel for our company staff that were in Las Vegas exhibiting at an international trade show. After many years staying in different Las Vegas hotels for business trips, our staff was very pleasantly surprised with The Orleans rooms and the variety of things to do in the hotel. The hotel seemed very family-friendly and there is a bowling alley upstairs that is very reasonable. The variety of restaurants is wide and should appeal to any guest's tastes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--late check-out is offered to 1:00p.m. without any additional charge which was very nice. For the price, this hotel is a great find and our company looks forward to staying at The Orleans again for future business trips to Las Vegas.

Decent Value for the Money

This hotel has pretty decent standard rooms that are not depressing. With a bowling alley, movie theater and a variety of so-so restaurants, it is a good value proposition...especially if you have a car with you or don't mind being just a little too far to walk to the strip.

Stale smell of smoke in lobby a real put off

I've been to nearly every hotel in Vegas and there is no hotel quite like this one for smell of stale smoke. They need better ventilation or to go through fumigation of the main lobby.

My new Vegas favorite

This is a perfect resort! I was in town for 3 job interviews and stayed here. room are nice and comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. They acted naturally instead of a phony type of customer service so common with corporate chain hotels. Fitness room was small but had what I needed. The real treat for me was the restaurant varieties on site. Much cheaper than staying right on the strip too. I will be coming back here without a doubt. Only complaint was the person who stored my luggage when I checked out of my room. Very rude individual that should not be customer facing.

Cheap Gambling

Great staff, clean rooms, plan on going back to gamble because most of the tables are $5.00 where at the Palazzo, the tables are $15.00 and $25.00. Best deal on the strip!

I have stayed there several times and it has what i need for business.

Hotel worked out just fine. I was shocked to see the rates that they got this week. I will never stay there again for 128.00 per night. I can stay at a lot better hotels for that rate in th middle of the week. I did get upgraded so that helped out a little bit. They also put me in a smoking room and I requested a non smoking room.
