Great Place and great price!

I just needed a room to stay at for a conference I had at a different hotel. I didn't want to pay a couple hundred dollars to stay at the other hotel so I stayed at Orleans for less then a quarter of the cost and they had a free shuttle that I took to get to and from the conference. My room also included $10 toward meals each day so I was able to save hundreds of dollars - all while staying in a great hotel, with a great room, with great service. Good Job! Nathan

Be sure you know what you're getting yourself into.

If you use a debit card, it helps to have a smartphone with a data plan to pull up your bank statement in the event there's a charge dispute with the front desk, as you need proof of vertification in the event of a possible dispute. The newly-remodeled rooms are clean and nice, but there's a $10 per night surcharge for the upgrade. The buffets have long waiting lines and the food choices are much to be desired, but given the $10 per day food credit promotion, it's best advised to hi-tail it to the food court, where the food choices are more palatible. Worth noting is the "Young at Heart" program on Wednesdays, where one who is 50 or over could get extra points on slots and video poker towards free and/or 2 for 1 buffets and other perks. Also worth noting is their free shuttle that takes you to the Las Vegas Strip and their sister hotel, the Gold Coast.

We were on a business/ pleasure trip. The location was great, the rooms were made up early, the restaurants were very good, my Wife had a Massage and she was very pleased with the Spa and the Service we got an excellent rate for the room. I am very pleased with The Orleans and would recommend it to anyone I know making a trip there.

Big room, but bad service.

Low end people stay here. Bad service at buffet, and I couldn't get coffee refills, after repeated requests. Rooms are big, but have no closets. Closet is in the bathroom, and is just a hangar bar. Room had the sewer the smell. Valet's were slow.

Ya gotta love the Orleans Hotel!

What an excellent hotel! The staff is extra friendly, my room was perfect with a stunning view of the Vegas valley. The buffet is excellent, and the hotel comped me an extra $10 per night food credit! It's off the strip so there's no parking or traffic issues. I'm in town for business and I couldn't ask for anything better. I would give this hotel 4 stars (instead of 3). I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Great Business Stay

We booked rooms at this hotel for our company staff that were in Las Vegas exhibiting at an international trade show. After many years staying in different Las Vegas hotels for business trips, our staff was very pleasantly surprised with The Orleans rooms and the variety of things to do in the hotel. The hotel seemed very family-friendly and there is a bowling alley upstairs that is very reasonable. The variety of restaurants is wide and should appeal to any guest's tastes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--late check-out is offered to 1:00p.m. without any additional charge which was very nice. For the price, this hotel is a great find and our company looks forward to staying at The Orleans again for future business trips to Las Vegas.
