Weekend getaway with my gf

Would recommend Tue, Dec 22, 2015
Amazing room, hreat service and staff. Had a $100 extra fee from the mini bar that shouldnt have been there. Took it off within seconds of checkout. Would love and endorse anyone staying at this hotel. Only drawback is that its a big hotel, so be prepared to walk alot to get to and from other hotels.

Great late fall get away

Would recommend Mon, Dec 14, 2015
We enjoyed staying at the cosmopolitan, the suite we had was spectacular , the view was outstanding, actually breath taking, the location on the strip is one of the very best. We were in walking distance to many other casinos and shopping centers. We also were able to hop onto the tram. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was immaculate. Would definatly stay there again.

Romantic Getaway

Would not recommend Tue, Dec 1, 2015
Difficult to find staff to answer our questions or guide us in exploring Vegas. We had a long wait at the counter for check in and that was just the beginning of lots of waiting. When calling guest services the phone would ring for several minutes before an answer. Same long waits when calling for room service or anything else we needed. The room was also pretty dirty. The carpet was very, very stained and debris from other guests was all over-pretty gross! The room set up was great though and the room service food was very good. Definitely not 5 stars as we were led to believe when booking.

Beautiful hotel for the most part

Would recommend Thu, Nov 19, 2015
Everything was very nice, but peppered with small issues. We had to change rooms after 2 sleepless nights because our room was near an outdoor lounge that blasted music until at least 2:00 AM. Both rooms had minor maintenance issues, but were taken care of very quickly. Staff is VERY friendly and apologetic and allowed as an extremely late checkout since we had a late-day flight.

Best Hotel on the Strip.

Would recommend Tue, Nov 17, 2015
I have travelled to Vegas 14 times from the UK, and can honestly say the Cosmopolitan is bar far the best hotel on the strip. From the welcome you get from the check in staff to the maids, everyone makes you feel so welcome. Guests services and the concierge always go out of there way to help. Hotel restaurants and amenities are fabulous. With the added fountain view of the Bellagio water fountains, it truly is a special experience. For those who like a flutter make sure you join the Identity club, players card gives you the best rewards on the strip.
