Excellent Instalations

Would recommend Fri, Jan 21, 2011
We enjoy an excellent buffet, and very nice suit Gaming was a little tight. The room was excellent, except two issues, the a/c control was in the bedroom so if you close the door there is an unbalance between living room and bedroom. The staff was very kindly, but the housekeeping was not at the label of the hotel category.

Beautiful but need to fix service

Would not recommend Sun, Jan 9, 2011
The hotel is stunning and the staff was nice but the service was terrible. I got hung up on via the phone system no less than 5 times, after waiting up to 20 minutes per call. It took forever to check in, because they had a line with staff to assign people to the check in staff, but people repeatedly skipped it because the staff wasn't pay attention. They have a digital service on the TV that let's you control the room but the system doesn't work well. They had only 10 on demand movie choices.

THE Cosmopolitan a MUST STAY AT HOTEL!

Would recommend Thu, Dec 23, 2010
From the very beginning to the very end this hotels was 5 stars in every way! The room was outstanding with a view of the fountains at the Bellagio. The room was HUGE with a balcony as well as a living room and BIG bathroom. Everything in the room was controlled via the remote control for the TV (lights, climate control etc). The singature drinks at the chandelier bar were insane! Room service and the buffet were OUTSTANDING!

Uber Chic, Uber Beautiful

Would recommend Sun, Dec 19, 2010
Absolutely gorgeous hotel beautifully appointed with crystal chandeliers, ultra-modern decor and shiny surfaces everywhere you look. However, it still manages to remain a warm atmosphere with extremely friendly staff. There are private and semi-private bars tucked away at the ends of winding staircases throughout 3 transparent floors in the middle of the building, that top out with a shopping floor with some fantastic stores (All Saints of London, e.g.). Everywhere you turn there is something interesting to look at, whethere it is a piece of modern art, crystal sculpture, or the fully-automated gaming tables that are lit from within. The hotel is situated across from the Miracle Mile shopping area, the Bellagio, and the Paris, a fabulous location. If you want a new and spectacular Vegas experience, you can't go wrong with the Cosmopolitan in my opinion.

Shopping hint

If you don't want to stay there, you can stay at other 4-star hotels nearby and walk a short distance to visit the Cosmo and enjoy its atmosphere.
