At 52 stories, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is as unique in design as in its approach to service. The 2,995 thoughtfully appointed residential-style rooms offer views that command attention, details that deserve a second look, and large living spaces with private terraces that overlook every inch of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and beyond. The casino boasts 100,000 square feet of advanced and exhilarating gaming technologies. The restaurant collection, comprised of world-renowned chefs never before seen in Vegas, is a culinary adventure all its own. Additionally, three distinct pool environments cater to your every mood: relaxed, a bit racy, or just plain old thirsty. Top it all off with an afternoon at our desert-inspired Sahra Spa & Hammam, and it's just another day at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
The Cosmopolitan features easy access to premier restaurants and one-of-a-kind shopping boutiques, a 100,000-square foot casino, a vibrant nightclub scene, a full-service spa, 150,000-square feet of meeting space and three unique pool settings located high atop The Strip.
The Cosmopolitan offers a diverse lineup of dynamic culinary experiences include Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, China Poblano, Comme Ca, D.O.C.G., Estiatorio Milos, Jaleo, Scarpetta, STK, and many more.
Three distinct pool environments, with views unlike any other in Vegas! From an energetic social scene to a pampering retreat, you can choose the environment that suits your mood. With unrivaled service, premium amenities, pristine pools, manicured grounds and views unlike any in Vegas, you'll take away much more than just a tan.
For guests arriving on or after January 1st, 2013 we will be implementing a $25 resort fee per room, per night in which will be charged to the guest upon arrival at The Cosmopolitan. This resort fee will be charged for reservations booked on and after December 3, 2012 for room stays on or after January 1, 2013.
The spa creates experiences of awakening and utter peace, inspired by the desert's striking contrasts - exhilarating intensity and ageless tranquility. Unique products and therapies draw from the richness of the desert's minerals and plants, its light and colors. And desert cultures around the world are evoked in special treatments such as Turkish hammam baths and Arabian beauty rituals. The 44,000-sq.-ft. facility contains a salon, spa, and two large fitness areas with state-of-the-art equipment. From manicure to massage, sauna to spinning, whirlpool to weights - the spa will satisfy any and every guest need.
There are two fitness areas within the property: the main fitness area within the Sahra Spa and Hammam in the West End Tower, open 6 am - 9 pm Monday through Sunday. The second, smaller fitness area is in the East Side Tower surrounding the Boulevard Pool deck - open 24 hours.
A 100,000-square foot casino features the latest technology, and The Cosmopolitan will also offer the first of their kind: Casino Cabanas - part exclusive social atmosphere, part great gaming.
The Cosmopolitan is pet friendly! Please call 702-698-7000 for pre-booking guidelines. Two dogs are allowed per room, up to 25 lbs per dog; $50 per day, no deposit. Guest must present documentation for current vaccinations at check-in.

Fabulous girls weekend hotel!
We got a great rate booking in advance through Orbitz, and upgraded at the hotel. Our room had amazing views of the Bellagio fountains and the strip. We loved the hotel amenities, especially the pool area. In comparison to all the other Vegas hotels I've stayed at, the cosmopolitan is definitely my new favorite!

Better Service at the DMV
Wow Surprisingly Terrible⦠In LV on an interview for a job, arrived at 1140 was given keys and told they would call us. The person I was with had worked the last week straight and had the rest of the afternoon off before she had to continue work. Approached the front desk and asked if the room was ready initially the answer was no at 1600 At 1800 we were told āit was ready hours ago we called you but had the wrong numberā two minutes later the excuse was then was changed again to āwe had called you and your phone did not workā. Okay, half a day wasted sitting around waiting for a room in the cloths we had traveled in after a meeting. It wasnāt that the wait was terrible but when brought up to the management at two different times, they pretty much injected themselves into the middle of what we were saying and told us we called you. The funny thing is with a cell phone you can see if someone called. As I made a note to that and asked then why didnātā they leave a message. They just disregarded anything we say. Wow! as beautiful as the place looks the single worst service in Vegas. Day two no maid service⦠Called at 230 and waited nobody came to clean the room. 1830 and nobody ever came to clean the room. Called again at 1830 didnāt receive service for another hour. It is not a financial thing to be specific neither of us paid for the room it was taken care of for us buy the company bringing us here for the interview. Nor did we want anything for free; it was a matter of principal. A āsorry Dr. our bad some mistake was madeā neither of us would have cared. However, the Blatant disregard to anything we said and cutting us of before we could speak was unacceptable was absolutely messed up. The next day we came back and no one had cleaned the room had to call twice. Finally, we received new towels and soap an hour later 1930. This was beyond frustrating. Their customer service is terrible thatās why I give it 1/5 I would give it less but canāt. If I wanted to be treated like garbage I would go to Europe. The one thing I would like to note that was great was a bell boy who was remarkable by all standards. I have been to most of the las Vegas strip hotels and would rate this worst of all. Even worse than the Casino Royal, at least there the customer service was good even if the rooms were outdated. I think Cosmopolitan customer service should look up the words cognitive dissonance. If you are coming to Las Vegas and need so stay somewhere enjoyable avoid this place.

Great last minute trip!
we had a great stay at the Cosmo! We booked our stay last minute because we wanted to see Deadmau5 while he was playing in Vegas. We normally stay at the Bellagio, and decided to stay at the Cosmo because Deadmau5 was performing there. The hotel was great! We booked a suite and were very impressed by the room, amenities, and restaurants on location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel
Great hotel overall. Great room with amazing view of the strip. Great service and amenities. Cons. overprice and you have to be careful of the minibar. If you move any item its weight sensitive. So if you move something you will be charge. Fridge with no space for your water. You only have space in the freezer. If you request ONE knife it cost you 1 dollar and 5 dollar for room service. No coffee machine in the room. Everything else is great.
