Lack of housekeeping
For our five day stay we did not get a room cleaning ONE time. I called and asked and they kept saying someone would come up but no one ever did. Very poor marks on this one. Other than that the unit was very nice

2 bdrm/2 bath unit is roomy; bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides of living area/kitchen, so easy to share with 2 couples. Nice patio. Kitchen stocked with basics. Close to restaurants and stores (Target 1/2 mile). Pool and spa are beautiful and fitness center is small but adequate to get in a basic workout. Loved the assigned parking, they were fully booked and knew we could come in late and always have a space close to our unit. We used the gas BBQ and appreciated the BBQ tools from the front desk. About 20 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, but could drive there or take shuttle and then come back to the peace and quiet of the complex. We will stay here again.

LV Hideaway
A long way from the strip but worth the trip. Close to major chain and suburban shopping. The room was huge, bed comfortable, and quiet beyond belief. The appearance of the complex was clean and modern. We decided that this would be our choice for Las Vegas in the future.

I'd stay here again!
For a quick getaway to Red Rocks, this was the perfect location! Easy to find, great staff, comfortable... definitely a place we'd come back to!

Pre business trip
We arrived @ 1am and the staff was waiting. What a releif. The unit was clean and well maintained. The gym, pool, hot tub and common area was excellent. We were surprised the timeshare was in the middle of a neighborhood, but the location was great. (close to red rocks canyon) The only problem was the garbage pick-up. The dumpsters were emptied @ 5:45am! If I owned here I would be very un-happy. Easy fix.

LET'S DO IT AGAIN !
Booked the hotel through Orbitz. So happy that I did becuase check in and out was so easy. The hotel room was just right for a husband and wife or family get away. Security was always in view. it was like having your own apartment for a perIod of time. The Las Vegas strip shuttle was running constantly and would leave and pick up on time. Thier shuttle route did not take you into heavy traffic and could get you there and back in a short period ot time. My wife and I decided that we will do it again.
