wasnt very happy........
we showed up 10 mins after check in and our room was not ready, they tried to upgrade us and told us that we had to pay an extra $65 for the room well they finally got a room that was suppose to be the same that we had paid for. our view was air conditioners! there were stains on the carpet and it seemed like the room has not been cleaned.

Don't Know What They Were Thinking
My newly wedded husband and I took our trip to vegas over the weekend. When I booked our trip I made sure I let the hotel know in advance that we'd be arriving later in the evening. We got there and the man at the counter helping us told us they were short on rooms and had given it away to someone else but they had another room for us...which meant we got an extra bed and this little shower that was built off the wall and looked like it was for handicapped people. My question....I booked that other room for our honeymoon and they couldnt hang onto it....so they gave us that one... could have given it to the other people... WHY? The room wasnt very nice...and the view was icky. Staff was nice, but the room thing was irritating...

Terriable stay at the Stratosphere
Ok this was my 40th Birthday and my Moms 60th. Mom has never flown before and I wanted this trip perfect. I WASN'T. Delta got us there 4 hours late and the Hotel gave our room away. When I booked the trip, I called the Stratosphere, to insure that the rooms would be on the same floor and with King Beds. Didn't happen was there for 5 nights and was moved 3 times. There was something broken in each of the 3 rooms. It took house keeping 2 days to bring up a coffee maker that works. The staff (other than shelli the ast. Mang.) Is worthless . there rude. And not very effective in there customer service

Wow what a let down
worst trip ever, mainly because of the Stratosphere, Was moved 3 times because they couldn't get a room that everything worked in, Like when you drained the bath tub it backed up in the wet bar. I could go on for an hour as to why not to stay here

horrible
reservation messed up we upgraded but did not get it. complained and had tp speak with manager, paid over $300 in tower restraunt for same food you get at luckys cafe, they state a dress code but do not enforce it at restaraunt payed for elegance but got night club atmosphere with a DJ HORRIBLE not worth the money. Casino was also horrible staff is rude and unhelpful, pool only open until 7pm????????????????????????????????

Casino
The trip was super, including our shuttle to the hotel and back . I lost quite a lot of money at the casino because the machines were set up to rob instead of paying back. I was disappoined with this only. Thanks for the trip.

The top don't match the bottom
The main issue I have with this place is that I saw a rather large bug as I was going to bed and I was on the 20th floor! When I told staff they simply said "that's too bad". That in conjunction with the location being a bit too far of a walk from the action I would not stay here again. But I would recommend eating at the Top of the World restaurant on the top of this hotel.. amazing food and views from this rotating restaurant

Don't stay at the Stratosphere!
The worst Hotel I have ever stayed at. No customer service what so ever. If I had not already paid for this Hotel through [...] I would of demanded a full refund and left. Thats how bad the service was. Paid for an up grated room when we went to the room the A/C did not work so they moved us to a room that was not up grated and told us to bad thats all they had. And we even said we would pay for a suite and they told us No! They are all booked!

Stratosphere Big Disappointment
A month ahead of our trip we asked for a room close to the elevator due to physical and medical problems and we were assured by management staff that this would happen. However when we got there we were assigned rooms that were very far from the elevator and the one room was overlooking the back of the hotel (view of parking garage and ghetto) although I specifically asked for a front view. The long walk from the elevator to the room was a huge letdown. I won't stay there ever again since they do not respect people with physical problems who require some consideration when assigning a room.
