What a horrible place to stay!

For the money they charged me I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel. The room was filthy! It may have a full kitchen but not a single utensil, plate or pan to use. There is no sound proofing between floors and the people upstairs from me sounded like they were tap dancing all night long. They allow dogs and apparently those who bring dogs feel that they do not have to clean up their dogs mess. My girlfriend stepped in a particularly large pile of dog mess right outside our door. The sofa in the living room was covered with stains, so much so that I did not even want to sit on it to watch TV. The bed was so old and worn out it was uncomfortable to sleep on. When we called the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about the noise coming from upstairs, they told us that the people upstairs were not answering their phone and did nothing more. They said that we could receive a credit to make up for our complaints but when it came time to check-out they denied saying that and no credit was given. After our first night there housekeeping did not even clean our room and replace our towels, I had to go to the front desk to get more towels, the next day housekeeping did clean our room, but left only one towel and one washcloth. I recommend you avoid Siena Suites.

Nothing special

Things you need to know before making reservation. There is no WIFI in the rooms bring your ethernet! There is no continential breakfast, but you can have 15%-20% (depending on the day) off of your breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Bring everything you may need! Although you have a full kitchen, there is NOTHING in it! This complex (I call it this for a reason) has people living in it like an apartment. I was told they were living there since it became a Sienna Suites Hotel. Walls are thin and it is very noisy. Staff was wonderful, though!!!

Not a nice place

It was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but you could just smell the stale cigarette smoke. The "Kithcenette" had the oven and fridge, but absolutely NOTHING to cook with, like pans, plates, silverware, cups. There were loud people there, drunks, couples fighting. I found out that this is a hotel that accepts HUD (Section-8) payment for low-income housing, so, not a very nice clientele. I felt like I was in the projects to be honest with you. The people above me were fighting until 1:30 in the morning, when I finally just decided to pack-up all my stuff, resere another hotel and get the heck out of that nasty place. NOT a good place to stay, trust me.

Average stay

I sort of stumbled upon this hotel as I was making last minute reservations. I guess you get what you paid for. I liked the fact that it had a full kitchen. But that was it. There wasn't anything to use in the kitchen! Not even plastic cups! As for the bed, it was so old that I could feel the springs in my back! The bathroom wasn't any better. There was only one sink and no countertop space around it to put toiletries. By the way, if you like to hang your clothes, bring your own. Although there is an iron with ironing board, there are no hangers to hang your clothes after you spent all that time ironing your them.

Great Hotel

The hotel was great overall. The 2nd day of the trip, the staff only left us with 1 towel, 1 hand towel, and no wash cloths, so that was disappointing. When I went to the front desk to get more, I wasn't the only one complaining about not having enough for the room and they didn't have any extras to begin with. With a full room of people, I doubt anyone wanted to share towels. Great location and quiet but the beds were like rubber. Great for the price paid but could use a little upgrading, especially with the beds.

Willy and Joes Mexican food was awesome! It's located inside a casino and well worth the money just because of the water show you get to see every hour!

Good value, but expect the basics

We were looking for a suite, so this fit the bill by having a separate bedroom and living area, but that's really all you get. The room is as basic as you can get with only a coffee pot as your only live-in amenity, there are no pots/pans or even cups. The staff was extremely friendly and housekeeping did a nice job. The worst part of all was the terrible, rock-hard, squeaky bed that really needs to be replaced. For the price I wasn't surprised by what I got, in a good or a bad way.

terrible!!!!!

The hotel was awful in fact I had to leave and find a differnt hotel. The room was so dirty I had to wear shoes at all times this was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel. I spoke to the hotel manager after breaking into hives and she offererd to move me to another room. I looked at the other room and it smelled so bad like animal urine I could hardly breath upon entering it. I am very dissatisfied with the accomidations you set up.
