Comfortable beds and family friendly.
I had a overall positive experience. The beds were clean, comfortable and soft. My only complaint is that our room was a little on the dusty side. I have allergies so they were immediately trigged. The room service, however, came by and dusted right away. Good location. Lots of food options.

Convention
Went for a Convention. Facilities were clean and comfortable. I booked a suite had hoped for a coffee maker in the room, no coffee maker. I have stayed in many places and a coffee maker is always found in even the least expensive of rooms. I guess you just expect a little more with a suite. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is an older one but very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was reasonably priced compared to nearby hotels and well within walking distance to other events and performances. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price, cleanliness and convenience.

Cheap room but not clean
This hotel is old so you get what you pay for. Room was not clean and bathroom is so tiny you can't even Leave the door open while you brush your teeth. Mold in the bathroom also and the sheets were stained in places. But if you don't care, you can stay for 58$...

three stars only? Are you sure?
I'm here to tell you the Riviera Hotel and Casino is the quality of a five-star location. From the first person you meet at check in, to the time you leave everyone is smiling. The Riviera's management has found the proper mix personnel. Like Caesar a security guard who helped me find my way through the casino to the check-in desk, highly personable. Also Victorino who was at the check-in desk and was a pleasure to meet. I was in awe of the hotel room( a bit small but nice all the same). One of the best points of the room was a fridge, which makes it easier for people like me who have diabetes. The bathroom at the best shower I've ever had in hotel. In the mirror that defogs itself so very cool. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate the whole time I was there. I just can't say enough good things about the Riviera Hotel and Casino. I visited the R buffet a couple of times( once for breakfast, once for supper)and was not disappointed at all. The hostesses and waitresses were all first rate personnel.I can't say enough good things about the Riviera Hotel and its staff. Everyone I came in contact with seem to be happy at their work.

Nice vacation getaway
Nice, but far very from monorail. Needs updating. It's at the end of the strip where no one really goes anymore. Need to do something to bring the crowd back.
