needs help
we stayed there with my family and they found dirty underwear in their hotel and the front desk just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. the customer service was not that greatest. the only time we had great service was at the R Restaurant. a little over priced for the quality. we ended up leaving that hotel early and going to the Venetian which was Amazing

First Time Stay Won't Go Back!!
First when we arrived the staff acted as if we were a bother to them. Then after waiting for someone (four people behind desk) to help us (no one waiting in or at the desk being helped). We went to our room to find hair in the bathroom (not from us) and to find stains on the carpet in the room and all over the place. There was trash in the hall (not in the casino area in the room area) and the wall paper was coming off the walls. Looking farther at the room we noticed the ceiling had holes and we didn't even have wash cloths in the room. I guess the saying you get what you pay for is right! NO wait not really because by the time they charge you the resort fee the room wasn't that cheap!!!!!! Now after traveling over 20 hours to arrive here we decided to enjoy some of Vegas, what a joke....we wanted to have a drink (at 1:30 am) to be told by the staff it was to late and we couldn't get a drink they were closed!!!!!! Let us not forget the wonderful ride in the elevators I understand hotels being old but the ride in them felt like we were taking a dealth ride. Don't go in them take the stairs!!!!!! It would have been worth the extra money to stay somewhere that charged a little more and have a nicer stay!!!!!

Interesting experience
For this hotel to be a 3 star it definitely needs improvement. I would consider it 2 stars. The hotel room was okay and it was the only clean thing. The hallways have damaged and stained carpet and on some part it is bunched up so being careful was important especially because I am pregnant! Housekeeping wasn't that great with keeping the hallways clean because there was a beer bottle by the elevators for the whole weekend even though housekeeping is up and down the halls and elevators every morning when cleaning?! Room smelled a little smokey even though it was non smoking! The self parking in the hotel was a major headache. One elevator worked for several floors and a packed hotel because they were having 2 conventions. It is rather hard to walk up or down 7 flights of stairs when you have to park on the very top and you are pregnant! Waiting was a 10 min. ordeal and the morning of checkout there was line and a 15-20 min wait! Not to mention the scary elevator that shakes when passing the 2nd floor. Thought we would break down anytime! Would've been better without the things I mentioned that were wrong. Not a bad room but the view sucked as well. Seeing a man in a neighboring room drunk and almost jumping was also something I could have done without. The fact that he was calling out to passing people and he had the window wide opened(although it's locked) was a bit un nerving. Luckily he didn't jump and eneded up probably passing out eventually! What an experience!
