The Conference Center facilities were designed by hospitality professionals who anticipated your groups every need to make your next meeting or event an effortless experience. The space includes 4 ballrooms ranging in size from 5,000 to 20,000 square feet and 10 breakout rooms. Many spaces include large verandas with balconies overlooking the Red Rock Canyon and pool backyard.

Cabo/Mexican

In true south-of-th--border-style, start the night off with bold Baja flavors, spicy salsas and other clever creations at the Cabo Mexican Restaurant. This casual, contemporary eatery offers more than 130 authentic Mexican dishes and guacamole galore. Sample more than 40 varieties of tequila, and sip down sangria, margaritas, and mojitos by the pitcher. Open Mon-Fri 4pm - 10pm, Sat from 11am - 11pm, Sun from 11am - 10pm, bar open until 2 am on Fri & Sat.

Feast Buffet

Vegas just isn't Vegas without a rockin' buffet, and the Feast Buffet does not disappoint. Watch entrees come to life at six live-action cooking stations and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in the elegant dining room. Overflowing with culinary delights from around the world, including Italian, Chinese, sushi, BBQ, and American, 'tis a feast fit for a king (and queen.)

Grand Cafe/American

Sometimes, you've just got to have a cheeseburger. The Grande Cafe is one step ahead of the game, offering American bistro-style meals 24 hours a day. With its delicious appetizers, crisp tossed salads, eclectic entrees, pizzas, fresh baked pastries and dessert bar, you can't go wrong. The best part? Grande Cafe serves breakfast all day long, satisfying both early risers and up-all-nighters. Omelet at 3am, anyone?

Tides/Oyster Bar

Catch the next big game with some gumbo at Tides Oyster Bar. Celebrating the charm of New Orleans with Creole creations, Tides also features several big-screen TVs for ultimate sports viewing. Sip down a cold draft beer while enjoying po'boys and pan roasts, or sample under-the-sea delights at the remarkable raw bar. Open Sun - Thur. 11am - 11pm, weekends until 12am

Blue plate specials are back and better than ever. At the Turf Grill near the Race & Sports book and Poker room, enjoy heaping portions of your favorite comfort foods at the counter or grab a bite to go from our full carryout menu. Open daily from 7am-10pm.

Salt Lick/BBQ

Founded in 1969 and hailing from the Lone Star State, Salt Lick BBQ now makes its mark in Las Vegas as it kicks up tasty western classics like ribs, brisket, pulled pork and of course, its world-famous cobbler. A casual restaurant featuring Texas micro brews and bourbon to boot. Salt Lick always puts a little stagger in your swagger. Open for lunch and dinner daily from 11am-10pm, weekends until 11pm.

Terra Rossa/Italian

Authentic Italian foods featuring homemade pastas, thin pizza from our wood burning oven, fresh fish and an incredible antipasto table. Award winning wine list features great selections from Italy and California. Open nightly from 5pm-10pm.

T Bones/Steakhouse

Sink your fork into tender, oversized dry- and wet-aged prime steaks, signature bone-in meats, and fresh fish flown in daily at T-Bones Chophouse & Lounge. A meat-lover's mecca with masterful preparation and a 7,500-bottle wine loft, T-Bones never fails to tempt and delight. Enjoy a cocktail in the piano bar or heat things up by the fire on the patio, overlooking the hypnotic pool scene, complete with its own DJ. Open nightly from 5pm-10pm. Patio open until 11 pm and 2 am on weekends.
