Great Hotel but staff at ticket window for show very grumpy
Hotel was great in amenities, receptionist was excellent at arrival, but the people at the ticket offic for the show were extreamly grumpy and didnt care even though I was very cordial to them. The only other issue was that the maid came to clean the room at 8:55 so be sure to leave the do not disturb sign out. The tower resteraunt was wonderful but we left a suggestion that they consider stocking Malbec vintages with our server Michelle.

Remember that the French drink wines of newer vintage older is not always better, therefore feel free to ask for a sampling at the Eiffeil Tower resteraunt of a newer French Vintage and don't lock yourself into older vintages. Cheers

It was OK!
Nothing special, but a view from my room, we could see the Eiffel Tower. It was special. The bath tub was quite aged and no shower curtain, even shower room is spacey and separately exits, but see through, so can share the bathroom with my teenage son. Very clean even it's old, which I felt good.

Great Choice in Hotel
Great hotel! We called ahead of time and spoke to a manager and requested that our room be away from elevators and any other noisy area. Request was honored and our room was located on the 24th floor in a very quiet area of the hotel. Room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable for sleeping. Bathroom was quite large. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and enjoyed every minute of our stay in Las Vegas.

The location is fantastic and the amenities on the property were varied and of high quality. The only complaints were that the towels were worn and thin and the mattress was very hard for my liking.

Never Again!
Horrible service- it took 1 hour to bring blankets. Bad plumbing- we took cold showers, after the plumber supposedly fixed the plumbing issues- the shower was either extremely cold or extremely HOT. Poor housekeeping- bath vent was dusty and dirty.

The hotel was great. It had easy access to the strip. Employees were very helpful and gave great tips on how to get around the strip. The only small issue was that our room had a slight odor but not enough to bring it to someones attention.

i had purchased the dining dollars however we had to walk several blocks to get the actual card. It would of been better if we could of just pulled the card right off the net.
