Vegas Retreat
The trip to the Palms was an awesome and unforgettable event. From the way the staff handled an upgraded condo check-in to the amenities the unit held; everything was superb! Room service also provided excellent-tasting food that simply melted in our mouths...This is DEFINITELY a hotel that will be recommended to many friends and family members.

Great all around
The palms was very nice and comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Room was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. Room was top quality and the bed was suprisingly comfortable. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Peace and Comfort
The Palms Place was ver comforting. If you want to be away from the crowds of Vegas this is the hotel to stay in. Walking into the place you feel calm with no long lines of people checking in. The staff was great and informative about events happening in the hotel. The room I stayed in was more than I expected. With marble and wood floors, a kitchenette, two lcd televions and a jetted tub, it was worth the price. They have a pool,gym and spa where you can relax and have fun. If you want to gamble and party there is the Palms next door. The Sky Tube was very convenient. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quite & fabulous
Staff was fantastic and the hotel is as well. The room had everything you would need....comfy bed,kitchen, dual plasma tv's and a terrific bath with spa tub & rainshower & handheld shower heads Restaurant food was great as was our server. Off the strip and quiet with the casino action just a short walk to the Palms Hotel via a people mover. Not a big fan of Vegas but this hotel, our beautiful room and the great service has changed my mind. Would return again... and have wasted no time telling everyone what a great stay we had.

Great Hotel.
The Palms Place is an exceptionally cool hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding. The spa is excellent as is the Hammam Room. The room itself was exactly what I was looking for. King Size Bed with good bedding and a flat screen TV. The sitting area has a very comfortable L Shaped sectional Sofa with another Flat Screen TV. The floors are wood and marble tile. The bathroom has a seperate glassed in shower and bathtub/whirlpool. There is a kitchenette in Stainless Steel with all the comforts of home. Highly recommended!!!!

lacks vegas fun
The rooms were beautiful but that is about where it ended. The food was good but took over an hour to get served at breakfast and the place was about 1/3 full. It took forever to get a cab and it was way too far from the strip. The casino was the old palm casino and it was dirty and lacked shopping and good or even decent food.

Awesome Suite!
The one bedroom suite is amazing. Very modern, 2 balconies, 1 1/2 Baths, fire place, & full kitchen. The couples shower is SO nice and there is a tub in the living/bedroom as well. The walk to the palms is a bit long, however it was nice to be separate from the casino and night clubs. The crowd at the palms place seemed a little more refined compared to younger party atmosphere of The Palms. There is only one restaurant in the immediate hotel, but there are more close by. Spa and Hammam were also very convenient, massages were great, but the facials were just average.
