It's ok.

If it's the cheapest option I would book Palms Place. The staff is overwhelmed. There are clearly not enough people to handle all the guests. Forget Valet. It takes 10 minutes or more to get your car. In that time you could walk to the self parking. The ice makers don't work. Our room key did not work. The phone would not stop blinking like we had a message even there there was no message. Still the room as a good view. If you are low maintenance and don't expect any service from the staff, then you will be fine. I would only book Palms Place if it was the cheapest option.

Perfect Christmas Gift Getaway

I purchased a studio suite to surprise my boyfriend for a weekend getaway trip. When we arrived I was pleased to have the option to upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite for a small fee. The receptionist made sure to select a room with a view of the strip. The room was beautiful with modern decor and we felt at home instantly. The ice maker in our fridge did not appear to be working so we called the front desk and they had someone bring up some ice immediately. The bathroom and tub in the bedroom were my favorite. After staying here, it was hard to check out! Definitely will be staying at Palms Place again in the future

Fairly nice hotel

The hotel room was very nice. The housekeeping staff was not as attentive as I would have liked. They did not clean up as thoroughly as I would have expected. The safe in the room did not work as well. We had very little closet and drawer space and had to live out of our suitcases for 5 days. Location is not as desirable but the shuttle availability helps a lot.
