Vegas For Thanksgiving

Would not recommend Sun, Nov 29, 2015
One adult, two kids stayed in 1 bedroom suite for 4 nights. Nice big room and prompt housekeeping. Bought that room because of huge balony and full kitchen however access you can't access locked balconies and theres no kitchen supplies to use anything but the refridgerator. No ice maker in freezer or on floors.

My stay at the Palms was good

Would not recommend Tue, Nov 10, 2015
Was in town for a quick weekend get away. Spent Friday night out gambling and enjoyed a Cirque Du Soleil show on Saturday. Our room at the Palms was good. The room is nice and the staff was quick and friendly. I asked for more bath towels and they were delivered within 10 mins. One of the TV remotes was not working and the staff quickly brought up a new one. I was very disappointed in the internet service provided as a hotel guest. We were only allowed to connect 1 device per day as a complementarity service so we had to pay an additional $14 to add a internet to a cell phone AND another $14 to add internet to our laptop. I have never had to pay to connect to basic internet at any hotel stay. The jets in the bath tub were broken and did not work at all. And the drain in the tub did not work so I had to use a small hand towel to block the drain when bathing.

Great location off the strip

Would recommend Tue, Oct 27, 2015
Had a room on the 32nd floor with a fantastic view of the strip, can't fault the hotel really, drinks around the pool a little pricey but that's Vegas .. I had a car so the off the strip location suited me better & valet parking was fast & convenient, plus loved the fact no gambling machines at Palms Place. Without a car then walking to the strip would be a little far but plenty of other travel options.

Would recommend Fri, Oct 23, 2015
The staff and valet were wonderful, the rooms were absolutely beautiful, great views of the valley. The quality of our suite far surpassed our expectations. We even had a washer and dryer, along with a separate bedroom fireplace kitchen. I would highly highly highly recommend this facility

Great hotel!

Would recommend Mon, Oct 19, 2015
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Palms Place hotel. The suite was very nice and I especially liked the full kitchen, fireplace, and half bath. The only drawback was not being able to access the balcony, but the all around view of the city was phenomenal!

Wonderful wedding week

Would recommend Thu, Oct 15, 2015
We stayed here for 8 nights during our wedding at Cili @ Bali Hai (which is an amazing place to get married) and the only complaint that I have is that the maid turned on our fireplace and all our heaters one day. Other than that the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the room was amazing! The decor is beautiful and the beds are comfy! We upgraded to a one bedroom and I love the jetted tub! We had plenty of room for all our wedding stuff and lots of room for family and friends to hang out in the room. Loved it!
