Connected to The Venetian by shared walks and waterways The Palazzo welcomes guests to a new era of luxury reminiscent of the extravagant palaces that dot the Italian countryside and Amalfi Coast. Home to Barneys New York over 60 international boutiques-the Canyon Ranch Spa Club-the 40/40 Club- the Broadway smash Jersey Boys and 15 restaurants from the likes of Mario Batali and Emeril Lagasse- the Palazzo is the new Las Vegas locale for luxury. The Palazzo is a 50-floor luxury tower with approximately 3050 luxury suites. The hotel lobby features a 60-foot glass dome- multiple two story fountains and imported marble- bronze case columns. The Palazzo hotel also has an elaborate pool deck /with seven pools- gardens- sculptures- cabanas and fountains and an adjacent spa facility. A typical Palazzo hotel suite is approximately 655 to 735 square feet- consisting of a raised sleeping area and bathroom and a sunken living/working area. The bi-level configuration of the suite creates a multi-function living space in which guests can sleep- work and entertain and includes two queen-size beds or one king-size bed- a writing desk- dual-line speaker phones- a fax machine- a pullout sofa- sitting chairs and a dining table. We had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo. The staff everywhere was cordial. We dined at Dos Caminos, Table 10, Del Toro and ... Grand Lux and all were great. The hotel is gorgeous and very easy to find your way around. We have stayed at the Venetian before and enjoy it too. But the newness and brightness of the Palazzo made it all the more enjoyable for me. It was a great getaway weekend for my husband and me.

Maintenance Needs To Do A Much Better Jo

Very disappointed in the maintenance. Somebody needs to do a better job of inspecting the rooms to find the problems and fix ... them. I found dried body fluids on the door in the bathroom. Poor inspection, poor maintenance, ruined our vacation. Never consider the Palazzo again.

Spent my trip gambling and watching the breeders cup. I went to the Stadium sports bar and was very dissappointed in the ... service I received from the wait staff and the fact that I was told they were going to show the breeders cup races and all they did was cut over to the race and then immediately back to football games. From my reserved seat I could barely see the races. It took me 25 minutes to get a waiter to give me any service and I watched people come in later than me get service before me.

We had a great time! We lucked out with the weather - sat by the pool - location of chaise lounge were not the best - area ... somewhat crowded for this time of year. Palazzo Hotel is even better than Wynn or Beligio. Couple minor things - shower is only the rain shower - very little pressure - need to provide adjustable shower head - 46th floor room location looking at Trump towers and T.I.

Plazzo offers round trip transportation - via suttle through "Executive" - it's first building comming into the airport - direct to Palazzo/Ventian hotel - no other stops - $6 bucks per person -

Is The Palazzo The Best?

They charge extra for everything. Internet Access is a daily extra charge which is obscene in this day and age. Food within ... the hotel is very pricy, even for the moderate restaurants. For a new hotel some of the items in the suite were already showing wear - carpet, sinks (chipped), water stains around the faucets, the scale in bathroom was broken but quickly replaced when they were told about it. The suite came with the minimal amount of towels. If you washed or showered more than once a day it would be a problem. Bathroom lighting was extremely poor (not bright) for anyone who had to apply makeup, etc. We did have a really really nice stay but for a luxury hotel I expected the suite to be over the top, which it wasn't. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. I questioned the accuracy of the rooms thermostat as we had to set the temperature really low (62 degrees at night) in order to keep the room cool. Though the A/C worked fine. The suite was really really really nice but not "over the top" as I had expected. The staff was very polite and some of the staff was exceptionally nice. Others you dealt with, you felt like they were doing their job, but that's all. Security checks everyone every time for a key card 24/7 before they are allowed to enter the guest elevator area, which is great! If your not staying there your not allowed through to the elevators. There is no standard "gym" that is accessible as part of the amenities, at least none that I could locate. The services and amenities (other than restaurants) are not explained well enough to guests and not written down anywhere in the suite for reference to by guests. I looked under the dresser as I dropped something, and I was surprised that it seemed that no one has cleaned/vacuumed under there in quite some time! Overall I expected the suite to be a little more "polished" and perfect, which it was not.

WE loved everything about the hotel and will be back. My wife just had one complaint and that was with a lady at jewelery ... store. she took a picture outside store and the lady came and closed the door until my wife walked away. she was very offended by that.

The Best Hotel in Vegas!

This is the nicest, cleanest, most luxurious hotel on the strip...and we've stayed at most of them. We booked just a regular ... room and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of room and amenities inside. This room had everything that a man and woman want, from 3 lcd tv's to a powder area for the women. The only thing this room did not have was a jetted tub...you have to upgrade for that...The parking is the easiest to get to and get inside, their was always a spot close to the elevators on one of the floors. We go to vegas at least 3 time a year, this is our hotel of choice from now on.
