The Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino, opened in 2007, is one of the newer Las Vegas Strip accommodations. Sister resort to the Venetian, the curved tower block is framed by European-style bridges, Classical-style vaults, and Baroque-style staircases. There are more than 105,000-square-feet of casino space for those looking to try their luck. For those seeking less Sin City-centric pleasures, the shopping sanctuary of Barney's, the rejuvenating Canyon Ranch SpaClub, or the hotel's own rock-climbing wall are available. Food-wise, guests can try everything from Maine lobster to slow-cooked Indian Snake at Wolfgang Puck's gastronomic CUT Steakhouse.
Key facts
  • 3,068 suites
  • 32 restaurants (at the Palazzo and the Venetian) include: LAVO, CUT Steakhouse, Noodle Asia and Lagasse's Stadium
  • Poolside dining
  • In-suite dining
  • 7 pools
  • 4 hot tubs
  • Cabana rental
  • 4 theaters
  • The Shoppes at the Palazzo
  • Casino
Neighborhood
Situated between The Wynn and the Venetian Hotel & Casino, the Palazzo holds a prominent center-Strip position, great for both the adrenaline of Las Vegas Boulevard and the neon vintage of Fremont Street. And, being close to East Flamingo Road, there's also easy access to east Lake Las Vegas, a manmade lake where celebrities like Celine Dion have been known to escape the rush.
Hints and tips
For an unforgettable breakfast experience, book a suite overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and head down to the Grand Lux Cafe on the casino level.

Grab a fresh coffee and some flaky pastries to take back to your room, while enjoying views of the city from the comfort of your luxury suite.

Sweet Suite

My King Suite at the Palazzo was fantastic. Very roomy with Flat Screens in evey area including the bath. The living area included a sectional sofa with seating for eight. The location is in the center of the best part of the Strip.

Gorgeous room

I have stayed at Venetian several times, but I have to say this hotel (it being newer) is even more gorgeous. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for the price. You can fit 4 people in there, if needed, because it is a suite ( very large).

excellant facility 1st class

The Palazzo was a 1st class resort, the staff were polite and congenial. Was not happy with food and service at Table 10 and I told them in a e-mail. Have not heard back from them yet.

Great Couples Get away

The Room (SUITE) was Amazing! Very BIG and Nicely Decorated. Bathroom, Unbelievable....Flat screens in each room. Very Cool. There was only 2 things that I could complain about...1) The Gym/spa was an additional charge of $35.00 per day! 2) on the third day they never came to clean our room we had to call 2x's they finally brought up towels and shampoo so we could get ready for the night out. Otherwise this was a great getaway we went with 2 other couples it was the Wives 40th B'day celebration! - I have been to Vegas 2 x's before (Mandalay Bay) and (Paris)and this trip and this was by far the nicest Hotel Accomidations. The location was great alot of shopping in the hotel and across the street. The first morning we ate out by the pool for breakfast and it was a rip off! then we ate at the Grand Lux for Breakfast each other morning Great Buffet 1/2 the price alot of good food! and the Pools were amazing too! I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Beautiful Hotel

The Palazzo is definitely a 5-star hotel. The lobby is stunning and the property is beautiful. The property is more focused on the hotel stay, dining and shopping - the casino was secondary. The room (premium suite) was huge and very well appointed. The Palazzo would be high on my list for a return trip to Las Vegas.

Amazing!

This was the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at. We go to Vegas a few times a year and we will probably stay here again. It is a bit pricey, but it was worth it. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Pricey but nice rooms

The Palazzo is certainly high class and very opulent in a Vegas kind of way. The rooms are beautiful and excessive, just what you want in a Vegas experience. Unfortunately, the staff did not concentrate on teh details as much as I would expect for a high-end hotel. There was a light out in the bathroom for the 3 days that we stayed there, and there was no do not disturb tag on the door. While these aren't big deals, it was surprising that they didn't concentrate on these simple fixes. The restaurants were very nice, but on the high end. It was difficult to find simple foods like a quick lunch or breakfast without leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is fantastic, though.

First Class Plus

The staff was very friendly and accommodating from the onset. The rooms were magnificent and the views extraordinary. Our room was on the 37th floor overlooking the strip. The swimming pools were perfect for getting over last nights activity and preparing for the days and nights activity to begin again. This is by far, one of the best resorts I've had the pleasure of enjoying. My wife and I will need to make this an annual occurrence.
