Venetian's sister adds 5-star luster to legacy
Venetian may be all about opulence, but its newer sequel, the all-suite, five-Diamond Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, takes the swankier, cooler spin on luxury. No Complaints
When it comes to hotels I can always find something to complain about or be dissatisfied with. However, Palazzo has earned my business for the foreseeable future. This is my second stay and I'm going back in January. The staff, from taxi attendant to check-in/out desk, to house keeping to security, to dealers, etc are trained extremely well and are very courteous and attentive.

Nice room
The room is really nice just as the showing on the introducing photo on the web. Room size is big and the only shortage is the bed is a little bit too soft.

In Hotel
there is no Buffet in the Palazzo hotel, but lots of restaurants inside hotel. We tried the Grand Lux Cafe, which was really nice.

Great Thanksgiving getaway
The Palazzo was a great high quality hotel. We were impressed by the size, decor, and amenities of the suite. The staff was always attentive and helpful. We slept in late and they were very accomodating in cleaning the room on our schedule. The hotel was not only a good value for the price, but with the quality, size, amenities, and decor of the room; it was a great value. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful getaway
Everything was perfect about the hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious. Staff was very helpful. We rented a car at the hotel and went to Hoover Dam. Spent one morning getting a heavenly massage at the Canyon Spa. Highly recommend. Location was also perfect.

Fantastic Vegas vacation!
Loved staying at the Palazzo! Our suite was very nice and comfortable, and the location of the hotel on the Strip was ideal. This was our fourth stay at the Palazzo and we would definitely stay here again!

A guy broke into my room while I sleeping with my gf.
Its a 5 stars hotel , I cannot believe a man come into my room without my permission. I call the front desk, they told me if I need police officer to have a report they can do it for me. they don't say sorry about it just want me to call police . I don't want to get in trouble while i am travelling. It is a good hotel, But I won't go again, Bad service and don't feel safe.

5 star all the way
The nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. We were upgraded to the Fortuna suite! 1000 sq. ft. of pure luxury!! Casino and restaurants were top notch as well. Only down fall was, there were not many waitresses in the casino. Lots of stars were also there on our stay, which was neat as well. Will defintely go back in future.
