The Palazzo Resort Hotel and Casino, opened in 2007, is one of the newer Las Vegas Strip accommodations. Sister resort to the Venetian, the curved tower block is framed by European-style bridges, Classical-style vaults, and Baroque-style staircases. There are more than 105,000-square-feet of casino space for those looking to try their luck. For those seeking less Sin City-centric pleasures, the shopping sanctuary of Barney's, the rejuvenating Canyon Ranch SpaClub, or the hotel's own rock-climbing wall are available. Food-wise, guests can try everything from Maine lobster to slow-cooked Indian Snake at Wolfgang Puck's gastronomic CUT Steakhouse.
Key facts
  • 3,068 suites
  • 32 restaurants (at the Palazzo and the Venetian) include: LAVO, CUT Steakhouse, Noodle Asia and Lagasse's Stadium
  • Poolside dining
  • In-suite dining
  • 7 pools
  • 4 hot tubs
  • Cabana rental
  • 4 theaters
  • The Shoppes at the Palazzo
  • Casino
Neighborhood
Situated between The Wynn and the Venetian Hotel & Casino, the Palazzo holds a prominent center-Strip position, great for both the adrenaline of Las Vegas Boulevard and the neon vintage of Fremont Street. And, being close to East Flamingo Road, there's also easy access to east Lake Las Vegas, a manmade lake where celebrities like Celine Dion have been known to escape the rush.
Hints and tips
For an unforgettable breakfast experience, book a suite overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and head down to the Grand Lux Cafe on the casino level.

Grab a fresh coffee and some flaky pastries to take back to your room, while enjoying views of the city from the comfort of your luxury suite.

Amazing rooms and comfort

The hotel room was amazing. The hotel itself was also very clean and amazing. Good restaurants that offered decent food for a good price were hard to find within the hotel.

Great rooms..average Vegas Service

- best rooms and location on strip - close to fashion mall which is best shopping in Vegas - Casino, shops, restaurants around Palazzo were excellent - If you are going to stay somewhere in Vegas pay a bit more and stay here where everything is newer and nicer like Palazzo - Service below average but typical for Vegas (unfriendly check-in, room service left in hall all day, didn't follow through on requests)

Love it

Room was awesome for the price. Everything was updated and clean. Bathroom was as big as my bedroom at home! The bed was so comfortable, I could have become permanently attatched to it. Be careful not to touch the minibar or snacks (they're on a weight sensor and you will be charged if they're even moved). Be ready for a resort fee. [...] The elevators to the rooms are, of course, right in the casino. This is convenient if you gamble, but not so much if you're looking for relaxation and peace.

Money-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

Travel less than a mile off the strip and find nice reataurants for a fraction of what they charge you on the strip. In house restaurants charge an arm and a leg. I would never go there as I do not have cash to burn.

Great Resort!

The resort is perfectly located close to everything. Enjoyed the water shows in the evenings, Denny's for breakfast, and transit stops were close by.

wonderful stay

The hotel was lovely and service was excellent. The room was very spacious. My only complaint was that there was not a refrigerator to keep items in (as the refrigerator in the room was strictly for the hotel filled mini bar). The mini bar items are weight sensitive and seemed to be disturbed easily. We had been charged in error for several items but they quickly took it off our bill, without fuss or argument. Again, great service and very friendly and accommodating. I had stayed at several hotels over the years and this is now my favorite.

very nice.. similar to Venetian..but...

Went to the pool and felt like I was in Jersey Shore episode. Lots of posers and people who actually think they are being watched by everyone because they look so good...most were just getting laughed at. Maybe I'm jaded because I've stayed in The Bellagio and the Venetian so much but I think the Bellagio has a classier clientele. The Palazzo comes off as a Venetian wannabe. Nice shops, nice casino. Location is great. Tis end of the strip is definitely the place to be.
