Great Hotel to Stay

Enjoy the cleanliness and the amenities offered. Very convenient to the freeway and eateries and shopping and anywhere you wanted to go within a minimum of minutes. Shower water temperature was lukewarm and low water pressure.

Can Not Party, and have fun

My Daughter and new Husband came to Vegas to get married, and decided to stay at the Palace Station, and we all got together in there room to have a little party during St. Patrick's weekend this year, we were not playing any loud music or being rowdy , just laughing and talking, but we were told by security that someone complained that we were to loud, not just once but twice, so we left, whats the point of getting a room if you can't have any fun in it? What just for sleeping? we should have gone to Motel 6. DO NOT STAY AT PALACE STATION IN LAS VEGAS, they won't let you have any fun.

Worth the money

The staff was extremely helpful and curteous. Easy to get to from the x-way. The showerhead was about 65 inches from the floor, not comfortable, cheap shower curtain and hooks. Decent bar prices and good music at 'Jacks'? Nobody in the $5 + slots, probably for good reason.

Never Again

I knew we were in trouble at the front desk. We were put on the ground floor in the garden. The tower was "sold out". Smallest room anywhere in Vegas. Tiniest bathroom. Impossible to get too. 2nd or 3rd most unfriendly dealer in Vegas (blackjack). Obviously, I've never stayed there before, because I never will again.

short getaway

I was surprised that they taxed the resort fee to the tune of another $12 dollars above the $76 for the 5 days we were there. They said the resort fee included a daily Review Journal newspaper. We never got one. I complained and was told that was only for tower rooms, yet on our registration card, it says a daily Review Journal newspaper, nothing said about which rooms would qualify. I felt cheated and want my 5 days of missing newspaper refunded or $2.50.

Wouldn't Stay there again

At check in that is when I found out about a $100.00 security deposit!!! They didn't want to put it on my debit card because of a hold they would have to put on it. Told them I knew nothing about a security deposit they said yeah it's not really told to people. I knew I would have to pay a restore fee but again wasn't told how to use the internet that I was paying for in the restore fee so couldn't use something that I was paying for when we tried to use it it wanted money. This was my third visit to Vegas and have never been so unhappy before wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Guys weekend getaway

The shuttle service was terrible. It only goes to the strip every 1.5 hours. If the shuttle is full (small bus), you are out of luck. We ended up spending $90 on cabs to and from the strip.
