Excessive check-in wait . Guestroom opulant and well valued till check-out and found out what I considered an EXCESSIVE Las Vegas room tax much higher than past other hotels in the Vegas area.

Very Nice
Every time I go Vegas, I stay in the hotel, very clean, good location about 5 min from strips. I definetely going back next month

Garbage collection view
Our tiny "courtyard view" room was accross from the garbage collection warehouse, which was busiest, and loudest from 2 am to 5 am. The room was very small, and while generally clean, had not been updated in at least 20 years. The TV did not work. There was no hot water/coffee maker (we were told it would be in violation of fire codes). All wood trim (door, bathroom fixtures, etc.) had heavy scrapes. Shower leaked constantly. Complaints to the manager at the reception desk were received with "you should have paid for an upgrade."

Nick names are anoying
Disappointing
I thought I signed up for a higher grade of room, but that was not the case. Nice view of a parking lot. The layout of the hotel was horrible, making it hard to find the room (and the casino) each and every time. It was like the Labyrinth in Greek mythology, only without the Minotaur.

next time i will be staying at Circus Circus. Im glad i did not bring our kids, the pool was so dirty on saturday, ANd Marlene front desk was very rude.

We really enjoy staying at the Palace Station but because so much was going on the weekend we were there, the price went way up. I wished there was some way we could just have a price guarantee just for being good guests.

Not worth what I paid
Staff was very friendly. Considering it was EDC weekend I can see why the room was $125 for the night. Room was extremely small and outdated. It really reminded me of military barracks all over again . Just extremely outdated. Can't see how the resort few is $16 dollars a night. Location is terrible!!

Super value...
