Nice hotel with better rates than the competition
I've stayed here four times, and have had a positive experience each time. The wait at check-in is sometimes a bit longer than I'd prefer, but the rooms are nicely designed and very well cleaned, the service staff is excellent, and the casino floor is open and pleasant (unlike some other casinos in Las Vegas which smell like a combination of stale cigarettes and cheap air freshener). You also usually get much better value (quality/cost) than at other hotels on the strip. The restaurants aren't amazing, but do offer more affordable food than many other casino restaurants, and most of the strip is within easy walking distance (it's about 25 minutes to Treasure Island and The Venetian to the north). I hope they keep up the good work!

Anniversary getaway
My wife and I spent one night in the spa suite and it was a great room. Not the best view, but great room for low price. Definately would stay here again

Another Great Stay
Met a couple old college buddies in Las Vegas and we all booked rooms at NY at my recommendation since I usually stay there. All our rooms were great despite the fact that I had to change rooms after the first night due to noisy neighbors (NASCAR race weekend). Ate at several restaurants within the hotel; all were of excellent quality and service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As usual I will go back.

the food was excellent,entertainment was ok would rather not see the same band in the nine fine irishmen all the time maybe get in a good rock band the same goes for the piano bar, all to predictable other than than that lovely hotel nice casino only i wish i had won money.

Vegas get-away
We travelled up from New Zealand and really enjoyed our stay at NY NY no prob lems at all, the only black spot in our trip was being ripped off by the taxi in from the airport...he took us on a tiki-tour and ended up costing $30..the taxi from the hotel to the airport return was only $15...the first cab was dirty, the head lining was ripped and stained, and I really cannot see how that sort of taxi can be allowed on the road for tourists to catch. THANK YOU FOR THE NICE COMFORTABLE BED AS IT IS VERY SOFT AND A GOOD COMFORT AS TIRED FEET. THE ROOM NEEDS A FRIDGE IN IT AS WAS THE ONE THING MISSING. THE SAFE IN THE ROOM WAS A NICE TOUCH AS WE DID HAVE SOME VALUABLES THAT WE HAD TO PACK. THEY EARLY CHECK IN FEE WAS A LITTLE EXTREME WOULDNT PAY IT AGAIN AS WASNT EXPLAINED ABOUT HOW NOT TO HAVE TO PAY THAT.

New York - New York hotel Las Vegas
Room was functional. Service very good. I am not interested in gambling but enjoyed my stay. Before I went on holidays I was told that this hotel was mad. The casino set -up in Las Vegas is a mad scene for a non-gambler! .
