HORRIBLE HOTEL EXPERIENCE
WE STAYED IN THE MARQUIS SUITE AT THE NEW YORK AND THE HOT TUB WAS DIRTY WHEN WE GOT THERE. THE MANAGER DID NOT CARE THAT THE HOT TUB WAS DIRTY AND DID NOTHING TO ACCOMODATE US AS WE WAITED 45 MINUTES FOR IT TO BE CLEANED. THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE AND DID NOT GIVE DIRECTIONS FROM THE LOBBY TO OUR SUITE. THEY IGNORE THEIR GUESTS AND ACT AS IF IT IS BEYOND THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION TO ANSWER QUESTIONS. FURTHERMORE, THE FOOD SELECTION AT THE HOTEL IS NOT GOOD, NOR IS THE LOCATION. IT IS TOO FAR FROM ANY OF THE SHOPPING OR RESTAURANTS THAT ARE WORTH GOING TO. YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A CAB OR BUS TO ANY OF THE MAJOR CASINOS OR ATTRACTIONS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. IF YOU WANT CLEANLINESS AND HOSPITALITY DO NOT STAY HERE. I HAVE STAYED IN MANY HOTELS IN VEGAS AND THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I HAVE HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT.

PERFECT LOCATION
NY NY was great. Has a much better vibe than any of the other hotels we visited. It is centrally located on the strip and has one of the top shows in my opinion, Zumanity.

Great place for a couple
New York New York was a great hotel. It has bars, restaurants, a casino, shops, even a roller coaster. The room was big and very clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The linen was soft. The location was good on the strip. It is surround my other hotels and casinos. Great place! I would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful and lively
We LOVE the NY NY hotel and casino. There's lots to do, and unlike many of the strip hotels, there's plenty of meal options without long lines! Our spa room was amazing. The hotel is probably 10+ years old and still seems brand new. We highly recommend it and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very nice
The New York New York Hotel was very nice. Check in went smoothly and we were in our room in no time. The room was clean and very nice. The only thing that came to mind are the towels are a bit old. They're not fluffy or soft.....they're well used. That was the only draw back. The hotel/casino was a great place to stay with great dining options and well as entertainment.

The dining in the hotel/casino were great. You had many options, a deli, Italian, Irish, Steakhouse etc. Plus you were at a great location on the strip and could walk anywhere.

Nice Restaurant Options
New Yor, New York offers a nice choice of restaurants ranging from a top of the line steak house (Gallagher's) to on the run food such as; pizza, bakery; nathan's hot dog's and a New York style delicatessan. The Cowboy Ribeye at Gallagher's was awesome and Greenberg's Deli was perfect for lunch after sightseeing.

New York, New York is located at the south end of the strip and it is wihtin walking distance to the MGM, Tropicana, & Excalibur. Additionnaly, there is a free tram that runs from the Excalibur that will get you to the Luxor and Manadaly Bay in less than 5 minutes.

Awesome Place
This hotel was very comfortable and easy to find the restaurant, pools and the awesome roller coaster. The signage every where made it easy to enter and exit the hotel from the street. The beds were very comfortable and the restroom was very spacious. I like that they had a safe in the room. This was a relief to my sister because she afraid to leave her valuables behind. This eased her mind through out our entire stay. I will be going back in couple of months with my friends. It was a fabulous stay.

Very friendly hotel
I found the New York-New York hotel and casino to be a very cozy and friendly place to stay. This was my first visit to Las Vegas and the staff at this resort made my trip a memorable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. All the staff that we encountered went the extra mile to make our staff a pleasant experience.

Great Getaway
The New York New York hotel was a very beautiful, exciting, and busy hotel. The staff was very effecient, the pool area was clean and the 3 hot tubs were relaxing after a long day of walking the strip. The rooms were very comfy, clean, and quiet. If you stay ask for a room on a higher level so you can see the strip better.

The arcade and roller coaster will keep the kids busy, make sure to go on the roller coaster in the morning to avoid the hour long wait. There is the nightclub Coyote Ugly for the younger adult, sexy girls and lots of dancing. Drinks are not cheap!

New York New your in las vegas i an amazing resort and the service is second to none, choose to upgrade for a small extra fee and the room was HUGE!!! clean and the casino was amazing!!! defiantly the only place i will stay when i come through vegas!
