Great restaurants!
New York, New York was very comfortable over all, but the room was one of the smallest that we have had in Vegas. The air conditioning unit in the room was a bit outdated. The room was very warm when we arrived and it was difficult to lower the temperature. Additionally, our room was a very, very far from the elevators (seemed like a quarter of a mile!), so it took a long time to get in and out of the room and into the main hotel/casino area. The room was nicely decorated and New York, New York is a fun casino. The restaurants are great; pizza by the slice was fantastic, very authentic New York Style.

Super fun hotel
This hotel had so much life you really didn't have to leave the hotel for anything. They had a great show (Zumanity) they had really good restaurants. My favorite place of all was the dueling piano bar. They also had coyote ugly bar that was also super fun. The hotel itself was great (very cold) but nice. The hotel staff was the only ones I really didn't care for. They had no clue of places to go or what shows to see. They were not very informative. The hotel room was great we had a fantastic view. Our view was of the strip. At night it was beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It smelled very nice. The bathroom shower was alittle to small. The location of this hotel was great you had walking distance to everything you needed.

I was a little aprehensive agout my choice of hotel there were so many choices, but when I arrived and checked in I was pleasantly surprized, the room was a little larger than expected (I upgraded the room just before traveling) I had acorner room on the 36th floor the view was spectacular, and service was great. The only thing I missed was having a concierge to obtain shows tickets and make reservations.

Very clean and fun
I really liked the hotel overall, the first floor with all the casinos was very well thought out and designed. The hotel staff was very accomodating. THE room i stayed in was very clean and conforting. THe only thing my bubble brust was the cleanliness of the pool, it was dirty, small and shallow(good family pool) other than that it was a great hotel and i would go there again. Location wise its not bad its at the end of the south strip of las vegas.

Love NYNY
My husband and I really enjoyed the Marquis suite at New York New York. We had a marvelous view of the strip, the mountains and the roller coaster. The bathroom was very spacious and the clover shaped tub was great! The inside of the hotel was really neat, just like walking down the streets of New York. Although the casino was a little too smokey for my taste, the ambiance made you forget about the smoke. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from whether you are in the mood for italian, chinese, mexican, or just plain american coney island food, they've got it all. Overall I would highly recomend a stay at the New York New York Marquis suite.

Friendly Hotel
The New York New York hotel is a fun hotel. The rooms were okay, but we had to be moved because our air conditioner wasn't working. When they moved us we ended up in a room that smelled like stinky shoes. We told housekeeping, but I figure there wasn't much they could do. I think the smell was in the carpet. Also, when we got moved we ended up closer to the rollercoaster, which we were told closed around midnight & started up again around 11:00 a.m. We were usually pretty tired at night and didn't get back to our room until late, but we did try to nap during the day and it was a little difficult. In the mornings they started running practice runs around 9:00 a.m The atmosphere in the hotel was pretty good. I think if the room had smelled better, we might not have had such a problem with the hotel. The area where this hotel is located is very crowded at night. We did not like that at all. We made our way farther up the strip towards some of the older hotels and the area was much cleaner & had less people. When ever we come to Vegas again we will stay in the older area or in the downtown area. There is only one pool at this hotel and it is in the shade until around 12:30 - 1:00pm. It also closes at 7:00 pm which isn't to much fun for the kids.

Decent hotel and value
The New York New York Hotel and Casino is located on the Las Vegas Strip, so the location is very convenient to other attractions. The room was fairly plain, yet clean. New York New York is not as glamorous as the other hotel/casinos, yet I would stay here again as the rates are a good value.

Not to big just the right size!
Really liked the size of the hotel. Which made it easier to get around to casio and eating places etc. Since we arrived at midnight because of missing our connection in JFK the only rooms available were upgrades and that is what we were given. The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom area had a glass door on the bathtub which was very nice, but the the tub was high and made it hard to get in and out of the tub. Was very pleased with the hotel and all the staff that we came in contact with. Everyone was very helpful. We enjoy eating at the America restaurant located in the hotel. Was in a good location to the other hotels to visit.
