CityCenter's spruced-up neighbor keeps it fun and classy
"Unpretentiously luxurious" is the catchphrase used by Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, and it definitely holds true. This Las Vegas hotel pays homage to one of Europe's most lavish sites, but its new restaurants, bars, entertainers and penthouse-level boutique HOTEL32 mean you can use the words "opulent" and "swanky" in the same breath. Not bad
Had a pretty good visit. Stayed one night. Actually got upgraded to s suite.

Get away from Washington rainy weather
I was expecting more from this hotel. We checked in almost at midnight and the staff at the reception were really nice and friendly. There was no available room with a king bad, but we were offered to change the room in the morning. I was really disappointed with our first room, especially with the bathroom, everything seemed to be outdated. Fortunately we got to move to a better room next day, with a better view and a better bathroom, and also much lighter hallway on the higher floor. The hotel doesn't offer much shopping or choice of restaurants, but it is located near everything and has a tram that goes to other hotels. I am not planning another trip to Las Vegas, but if we go we will stay at the other hotel.

Nice location...a bit dated though in amenities.
The hotel has a great staff, very friendly and attentive. I had hoped for a few more amenities such as wireless internet in the room since that is what I had though my resort fee had paid for. The hotel could use some updating, but still a nice place. The pool was great!
