CityCenter's spruced-up neighbor keeps it fun and classy
"Unpretentiously luxurious" is the catchphrase used by Monte Carlo Resort and Casino, and it definitely holds true. This Las Vegas hotel pays homage to one of Europe's most lavish sites, but its new restaurants, bars, entertainers and penthouse-level boutique HOTEL32 mean you can use the words "opulent" and "swanky" in the same breath. Vegas comforts rounding out the Monte Carlo experience include a full spa, salon, serious fitness center and a pool deck with a lazy river, wave pool and cabanas (for a fee).
Highlights
  • Comic impressionist Frank Caliendo and hip-hop dancers Jabbawockeez
  • BRAND Steakhouse serving creative classics with a casino view
  • Monte Carlo's Hotel 32 suites, among the very best on the Strip
  • Guests can take the free monorail to CityCenter for world-class dining and entertainment options

Monte Carlo Resort and Casino is located between New York New York and Mandarin Oriental on the West side of the Las Vegas Strip.

Worth of its price

Room & Hotel was good but there was nothing special in the hotel like other hotels. Also there was no WiFi connectivity for me on 22nd floor.

Ripoff

I just want to say that is an old hotel but the service is very good. My big complain its about a long distance calls that I Made, the charges were 30 dolares per call just for the first minute and around $3 a minute. Which is a ripoff. Ridicoulos isn´t. In the technology ERA. I payed over 150 Bucks in long distance call to ARIZONA. I won´t stay ever again in this hotel. Nobody say anything and the customer service its worst than the frontdesk. Great fun!!!

We had great fun at the craps table. The casino was nice because it didn't have tons of stuff going on like NY NY. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Marble tile in the bathroom was nice. Will stay there again in June for EDC.
