Over priced resort fee
Don't be fooled by the price. When checking out of the hotel, they add a 28 dollar resort fee even if you do not use any of their amenities. And I argued the fees due to one of the amenities being free wifi that by the way didn't even work during our entire stay.

Mandalay bay vac in Vegas
Hotel was nice, but everything was more expensive than other hotels. Also location is kind of far from the center of the strip. Cleaning people happen to come when we were in the room twice, so the last 3 days we had no towels and room not cleaned. Would have thought the shark reef at least should have been a discount for guests staying at Mandalay bay.

Unpleasant stay in Mandalay Bay
After almost one hour waiting in line for checking in, we finally got the key and drag our tired bodies to our room, however, the key was not working. I went down to the lobby while my husband and kid stayed in front of the room waiting for me with new key. I was directed to “key and information” line, standing in that line for more than 20 minutes, my husband called me and said our room had been double booked!! A cleaning lady saw my husband and kid standing outside of the room and opened the room for them; right after they got into the room, a family opened the door and said that’s their room. So I asked a manager if anyone can solve the problem right away instead of endless waiting in that line; the manager directed me to another line, another 15 minutes waiting………I got a new key without any apology, both the manager and the man issued the new key were like that happened, not a big deal, no need to apologize. Next day, we were out for touring the whole day. In the morning when we were out of the room, we didn’t put any door sign and expected room cleaning service; but we came back at night and the room had not been cleaned and no new towels were available. I called the cleaning house department, no answer phone; went down to the lobby and asked for at least new towels provided. What an exhausted day, all we want was taking a shower, relaxing in the bed, but Mandalay Bay just gave us very unpleasant stay.
